This hotel has classical furniture past its prime life. However the woodwork maintains a charming ambient. Worth a try.

It was just an inconvenience for us not having an elevator (external factors had an impact of us) Nothing else has to be mentioned here.

The property looks spectacular, the craftsman is obviously gorgeous. Staff was very helpful, we enjoyed breakfast as well. Our rooms had amazing views, very enjoyable!

The staff is 10+, very supportive with all our request and more. The location is very close to the gondola. The room is big and confortable. The breakfast was great. Also, I apreciated the fact that after skiing on the day of the checkout i could use their changing room and jump into confort clothes Would definetily return

Did not find anything in my 1 night stay there.

The location has 11 rooms and it makes it feel very private and welcoming, the room was clean and very warm as a matter of fact I had to shut down the heat. The sauna and swimming pool are open until 24:00 and you might find yourself being the only one who is using it. Breakfast was generous and with multiple choices.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a few minutes from the gondola, making it super convenient. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a fresh, pleasant scent, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. When I requested ice and an ice bucket for wine, they provided it without hesitation, which was a nice touch. The pool and sauna were also fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a top-notch experience. 5 star rated hotel but even the bottled water in the fridge you need to pay which normally water should be free No iron in the room No table on the balcony, just 2 seats Water in the pool was quite cold, we couldn’t have a proper bath, also 3/4 of the pool is over 2m deep so if you don’t know to swim as my partner doesn’t, you can’t enjoy it

Everything was perfect. Staff was exceptionally friendly, service was excellent. Room was very big, complete with everything we needed for our stay, clean, nicely decorated and with view on 3 sides. Swimming pool was great, water in good temperature for a splash on a summer day; we had bathrobes, slippers and towels from the hotel. Sauna was a good addition. Breakfast was very good, with big variety of food and some typical Romanian foods. Hotel location is also very good, close to restaurants and attractions in the area.
