Hotel and Restaurant No. 107 in Predeal offers an excellent stay with spacious, clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. We liked the politeness of the staff, the view is amazing, the food is exceptional and the cleanliness of the rooms. Whoever comes here needs to try the food, it's amazing. It's a quiet, secluded place which is very relaxing . The rooms are generous, nicely decorated with beautiful colors and the view is very nice. They are clean and comfy. 10/10 would recommend

- durring the weekend the restaurant is entertained by a band, this is a little noisy, but if you like it there is no problem - the road is a little difficult (some holes into the asphalt), but this is a municipality problem to be fixed - the shower has some "environment friendly" features, so at least on the upper floors the watter is not very hot and has lower pressure - they miss some professional espresso machines (the automatic ones are not very good)

- very good staff, they always answer to calls and willing to help, also they know how to handle customers as they should be - very nice rooms, clean, large, well equipped - comfortable beds, good room heating - very nice restaurant, with excellent food and very low prices (perfect value for money concerning the food) - exceptional location, just into the forest - very good parking - good breakfast

I wasn't very happy with the selection of food for breakfast, and there was no freshly squeezed orange juice, which is a must-have for me. I was extremely displeased with the behavior of one waiter. He added an item to our bill that was never brought to us, and we had to prove to him that we didn’t eat it. He was rude to my husband and made inappropriate jokes. This waiter’s behavior completely ruined our impression of the hotel. Additionally, there was loud music playing in the hotel, and it could be heard from our room, but thankfully, we are heavy sleepers, so it didn’t bother us too much.

I liked the location, check in/out was fast, cleanliness, view from the room, the fact that breakfast was included, there were always free parking spaces, and the woman at the reception was very responsive.
