No lift which makes the access to the upper floors a bit difficult for elderly people. Breakfast was not great. Very basic.

Property is well situated with ease of access to the main city points of interest. Available parking on site. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable however they had some construction works going on at the same time which messed up the cleaness around the common areas. No noise from the contrstruction works

Very nice motel to stay in Suceava. I arrived at 9 PM, after the reception was clised, but I received a very detailed SMS with code to entry, code for the private parking yard. The room was big and very clean, the bed was very confortable, the sheets so soft from a satin cotton. For breakfast I had omlete, 3 types of ham and salami, cheese, tomato, Orange juice, coffee. The ham was made from theirs own grocery store, home made from local producers, very tasty. Very friendly people, I had a nice stay..

It's a little dated and the rooms need to be updated, red carpet is a thing of the past.

Great value for money, lots of toiletries, such as slippers, extra blankets, bathrobe. Warm and cosy, easy to find and has a nice restaurant downstairs.

The Manager that was sitting down with her lap top was exceptional very good customer service, we asked her where to go for sun glasses in which she give us a few places, and phone numbers, and also she provided us with an umbrella as it was raining in which we brought back outstanding. Some small things are a little worse for wear, but nothing that I would consider a dealbreaker.

Nicely situated at the edge of the city; easy to navigate to the center and attractions, only one street back from a principal road. Room was clean with plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. to last our stay. The young man at the front desk was helpful and attentive. Very good value.

I recently stayed in this hotel and was extremely impressed with the quality of the room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. It was my second time staying here so ..not much things not to like.

I loved that it was clean, warm and quiet. I also appreciated the fact that one day before my arrival they called me to let me know that they were hosting a private event at the retsaurant the night I should check in.

The furniture in the room seems a little bit outdated but this is a minor aspect. Everything else was excellent.

The pension is a very nice one and conveniently located for what I needed. The room was nice, spacious, and very clean. The heating worked very well and did not have any issues, despite the outside freezing temperatures (well below zero). The bed is comfortable and the room also has a big desk; the guest is also provided with towels, slippers, shower gel & shampoo, etc. The restaurant downstairs serves very good tasty dishes (you may want to reserve a table in advance).

Even though the room was cleaned, it smelled a bit dusty, I believe this is due to having old carpets on the floor and wall.

It was very easy to find the location via GPS, available parking lot, easy access by using the security door codes. The heat was on all day and night. And the room was very spacious, with a large desk and a kind size bed.

Nothing really. Place is clean. Sheets changed everyday. Only the one thing would be that its about a good 30-40 min wak from the centre, so might be an issue for some. I liked it that it was away from the congestion of the centre, 5min walk away and you get to see the traditional way of living. I went to Romania to absorbs the culture, and this hotel location was perfect.

Danielle at the front desk was an absolute Angel, i turned up after a booking with a Imperium hotel not far from santa fe informed me that they can't find my booking although i had a booking number, although Santa Fe was also all booked up, Danielle done some wonders and managed to let me book for the one night, Very good value for money. Clean, friendly staff what more could you ask for.

The light in the room was very cold and uncomfortable. Also, when coming from Suceava Airport, the hotel is located at the opposite end of Suceava. Due to heavy trafic it took me almost half an hour to get there.

I needed to find accomodation urgently because my RyanAir flight from Suceava was delayed by 14 hrs. Santa Fe was extremely helpful and allowed early check-in at no additional cost already by noon. They also have a phantastic restaurant with great local food. The room was spacious and well equipped. On a better day (no rain) I would have enjoyed the balcony.
