There is nothing i did not like. I do not have any upgrade recommendations because everything was great. If you want an unimportant aspect (for me), the curtains were longer than the glass wall, because one of the room walls was completely glass, from the ceiling to the floor. If you are nonattentive you can step on the curtains :)))))), but i say again, this was no problem for me.

Everything ! I liked everything. The room was big enough. It had a very big and comfortable twin bed. The room was very clean and very warm. The bathroom was excellent as well and had everything it needed: soap, shower gel, clean towels. There wasn't a safe in the room but there is no need for one, actually. We had five electric wall sockets to chare our electronics. The breakfast (included in the price) was also very delicious and very assorted. We had free coffee as well, tea, orange juice and fresh water. I recommend the hotel. We went for a business day at a nearby university and travel to the university was very easy. Also you can use bolt to go around the city because there are many drivers available. We managed to find a free parking space at the hotel but if you are having trouble finding one at your arrival, the hotel staff is more than glad to help and guide you to a no-pay parking spot.

At the bathroom there was a smell from the drain. The towels were not soft

All the staff were wonderful, and helped with anything asked. The room was amazing, lean, and huge. The bathroom was even bigger with a big tub. The breakfast was excellent with fresh food, but there could have been a bigger variety of fruits.

The internet was slow and disconnected often Hopefully they will improve this.

All the staff were wonderful and answered all my questions about Brasov. Checkin was fast. The room was clean, and beautiful . Parking was close.Breakfast was amazing and staff kept food warm, and we'll stocked. It was our best breakfast on our trip.

Our room did not have a window that could be opened, that is the only minus, maybe other rooms were not in the same situation.

The staff was very helpful and nice. We only found one night on booking.com and when someone cancelled they held the same room for us for another night. The breakfast was good and location is pretty close to the new and old city centers.

One thing to mention here - parking. You are not guaranteed that you will have a free parking slot among the open places in front of the hotel. During 2 days of my stay I never had such a luck and I always had to search for a free place of public parking along the street (which you have to pay from 8:00 to 20:00). It didn't create a huge problem, but I am used to rely that I will be able to use a parking space of the hotel if it is stated that the hotel has this option.

Basically all was ok, I had a comfortable stay. The hotel has a good central location (if you like to walk, you can easily reach old and new centre without the car), good breakfast, normal wi fi (at least enough for work) and helpfull staff. My room was large. It had a shower cabin, where you can close the door what personally I prefer, comparing to an open space shower.
