Clearly management has to start taking their time and coach their staff for handling basic situation without hassle. Breakfast should start earlier as if you have a meeting in the other side of the capital, you can say goodbye to your breakfast. For management again please, at least as can't make your staff smile please make sure they (not all yet most) are not grumpy and make you feel better didn't go for breakfast lunch or dinner.

It's location and facilities. Really clean & professional for Business. Room sizes and facilities are great.

Cleanliness can be lacking in the rooms - there were packages under the bed from previous guests, the bathroom has some mould around the bathtub. The rooms could do with some modernisation as they look a bit tired but they are still comfortable.

Good breakfast, amazing spa (although most of it was closed when we were there as there was ongoing maintenance going on but was able to previously use all the facilities as a returning guest), nice staff and good location for what we needed (close to the airport, park, etc). An extra bonus as I had an issue with my booking and the staff was extremely helpful in resolving things.

At breakfast it would be nice if possible allergens are specified. We have a child with intolerance to lactose and it is important to know the ingredients.

I did wish for some variety for breakfast on some days, maybe just small changes. I was hoping to see some pancakes, waffles, or crepes. For the bathrooms, the showers either need curtains or sliding glass doors. With just a half glass barrier, the shower water would often spill to the floor. A curtain could be an economical solution.

the breakfast was good, especially the omelette bar. The exercise facilities were very nice as well. The staff was friendly. The room was nice with a wide bed and plenty of space.

They've reduced the usage of the facilities for 1 week and they didn't advise us about that in advance.

It's always a pleasure to stay in Ramada, the spa is convenient,good breakfast and professional staff.

Everything was good.

The hotel is in a good location, the room was big and clean, nice bar and great breakfast, the interior pool was a real bonus and so is the exterior one for the sunny days.

I highly recommend this place! The room was spacious, tidy, and provided all the comforts we needed. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and varied. Overall, our stay was delightful!

Entrance to the spa area is on the same level as the reception desk. So when going to the spa/swimming pool you have to pass other guests waiting at the receiption in your bathrobe. There seem to be lockers in the spa area, but carrying all the stuff downstairs just to change doesn't make sense.

Liked the style of the hotel, complementary access to the wellness/swimming pool area, delicisious breakfast, comfortable bed.

Old rooms in clear need for renovation - this is the major downside of this hotel. If the rooms were renovated, this would be a truly excellent hotel.

Relatively clean rooms. Free parking. Excellent spa and fitness area and excellent breakfast selection (the reasons why I went here despite knowing that the rooms are old).

We were given a room with a shared door to another room, where a family with an infant stayed. We had to be very quite and whisper to not wake the baby. Would appreciate if staff thought about it and gave us a separate room.

Many facilities provided in the room. Comfortable parking. Good location if you come with the car.

We didn't enjoy the meal in the restaurant in the evening - our food came out luke warm which was a shame. We also felt the jacuzzi could have been slightly warmer and the pool also could have been warmer.

We liked the overall vibe of the hotel, big spacious lobby and the room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. We liked that our room had a view of the pool and facilities. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the saunas. Breakfast is pretty standard for an Eastern European buffet- lots of choice.

They have to take better care of the spa area, the door of the sauna was broken for more than 2 weeks now.

The room is pretty big and clean. The breakfast was good, free parking is a nice addition.
