There were ants in the room. They didn't bother me personally, but they might bother other people. There were no ants in my colleague's room. Nothing serious, though. The room was perfect. And in any case, I didn't report this to reception, otherwise they would have found a way to resolve it. The staff is highly qualified.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. The flooring is parquet (not the unpleasant carpet), which makes the room feel cleaner. Carpet is only present in the hallways, from the elevator to the room doors. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The mattress is very comfortable, and there are several pillows available with different thicknesses, so you can choose according to your preference. The room is equipped with a safe, mini fridge, complimentary slippers, and a hairdryer. he two receptionists, Roberta and Elle (I hope I’m remembering the second name correctly), are truly outstanding – professional, helpful, and always ready to assist and provide information to guests. Roberta also speaks excellent Italian. In short, they are a real added value to the hotel. The owner is someone who makes you feel right at home. A wonderful hotel – from now on, it will be my go-to choice every time I visit Bucharest.

Unfortunatelly hotel designer made a bamboo wooden floor right next to the walk in shower. I would fire such designer. Wooden floor next to the shower is completely destroyed, bkack, full of mould just because designer made bathroom design for any fashion magazine and not for daily use.

The bathroom was awful. Shower curtains instead of glass, water everywhere after taking a shower, no shelves at the sink, toilet to high and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is very close to the old town. There is a nice restaurant attached. The staff was professional and friendly.

I can’t find a fault.

I chose the hotel primarily for its location to the city centre. The reception staff were professional and welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of options, hot, cold and cereals. The hotel also has a restaurant attached. The room also had a well stocked fridge available if wanted The room was very clean. There was also a robe provided, albeit with a broken belt loop, but these things happen

taking in consideration the open bathroom and the format in my opinion it need to fresh the air little more often otherwise no complains

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Room was very spacious, comfortable beds. Fabulous shower and lovely toiletries. My only minor issue was there wasn’t a kettle in the room. Overall, we would say the Sarroglia is excellent value for money and would definitely book again.
