Room a little tight - you can’t walk next to the bed. Don’t bother with the breakfast - far better options in local coffee shops.

One of the receptionists was a bit brash and temperamental... Initially. Rest of the staff was nice and helpful.

Room was a bit small but we were not spending too much time at the hotel. It was still a nice room.

While the stay was great, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The rooms are in need of renovation, as some details could use a refresh. Also, I noticed that the bed linens didn’t quite match the size of the bed, which affected the overall comfort slightly. That said, for the price paid, the hotel was definitely value for money, offering a comfortable stay with good service. With some updates and attention to these details, it could easily be even better.

Our experience was positive. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One notable example of their excellent service was when they prepared breakfast for us earlier than usual on a day when we had to leave quite early. This gesture was very much appreciated and shows the dedication to customer satisfaction. However, while the stay was nice, there are a few areas where the hotel could make improvements to further enhance its value. Some minor maintenance and attention to detail in certain areas of the room would go a long way in making the experience even better. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service

The room needs some renovation. The curtains were broken and it was not possible to block the early morning sun and the street light when I went to bed at night, since there was a bright street lamp exactly outside and on the same level with my balcony door (2nd floor).

A decent size room and bathroom, with fridge and electric kettle and a desktop. Location of the hotel close to the city centre, near bus and tram stops. About 10 min walk to the metro station. There is a supermarket nearby and a few restaurants. Breakfast was ok. Room was warm, and it was very cold outside, it even snowed one night. Possibility to adjust the temperature in the room.

The breakfast was basic, I would love more fruits, more scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon. I wanted more choices.

It is in the center of the city, no noise from traffic or anything.

It was in a nice location and the bed was very nice. It can be a bit noisy at times when the tram is passing or people talking loudly in corridor but otherwise it is fine. The balcony is nice but not a great view. Breakfast is alright, the juices are not really nice though. There is enough savoury options but could be nice to have more varieties of pastries. In general, it was a nice short stay.
