Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandEven though the hotel is in a business area, its entrance is on a small, dark street. It is located about a 20-minute walk from the old town. The staff are moderately polite and helpful. The weakest point is the breakfast, which offers a very limited selection of food, both in quality and quantity. In my case it was included in the price, but it is definitely not worth paying for separately.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels and office buildings. There is an elevator and luggage storage available. The room also had a kettle with tea provided.

RomaniaGenerally the impression is that everything is outdated, Looks too old . TV is small, has more than 20 years. Breakfast was acceptable , that is a fact. At the reception the lady did not find my reservation in the first place , even I have showed her my reservation NO. Only after showing ID as well she finally could identify me
Location is good , there are enough parking places. Some wall paintings about Habsburg family are interesting. The rooms are really big.

United StatesMore lighting in the room would be nice. Bath tub a little too high with only hand held shower, preferred above head. Front desk staff were not familiar with the area when asked about restaurant and church nearby.
Spacious room and good buffet breakfast. Located near the city proper.

United KingdomThe hotel was somewhat remote in a suburb, and about 15 minutes from the nearest Metro station. It lacked a bar, and its restaurant closed relatively early - and there were few local alternatives.
This was a very comfortable hotel, with large well furnished rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of foodstuffs. The staff were very helpful - and spoke excellent English to compensate for our lamentable lack of Romanian. We took dinner on one night, and the food was very good - well prepared, tasty and well presented.

Great location for visiting the old city. The area around the hotel was safe. Breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable choice. We ate in the restaurant which had a reasonable choice of food and a sensibly priced beverages menu

BulgariaThe room was a bit loud because it was near the central air conditioning. We had breakfast at 09:30 and most of the plates were already empty with staff trying to fill them in, but it take a while. Breakfast was basic, but it was delicious.
Great location near the public transport and several big boulevards. Free parking available right next to the hotel. Facilities are quite old, but OK for a few night stay. Room was spacious and clean, with basic furniture that you need.

GreeceThe TV was very small for the room, was mainly there because the room needed one. The room can be hot in summertime due to the huge windows and air conditioning was average. The bathroom had a glass instead of curtain and unless careful you could wet all the bathroom. The breakfast was average with very small plates.
Very spacious room, around 45 sqr.meters. Huge windows with nice view around the buildings, maybe in higher floors t§he view is better. Polite personnel. The beds were very comfortable and the room had air conditioning. The hotel is in a very nice spot near the main road that leads to the Parliament. There is a very nice restaurant nearby and a Starbucks. Uber was very useful to get us around, there is also public transportation (bus) nearby which is even cheaper.
