Their card reader did not accept my credit card. The first room they gave us did not have a proper air conditioner, so we needed to change the room. I did not like the reception staffs' attitudes.

Breakfast was nice. The room was spacious. Free parking next to the hotel. Walking distance to the main part of the city. Late check-in.

One lift was sometimes a problem if trying to get down with cases or when busy.

The staff are excellent and very helpful plus the room size was perfect for us with our dog.

Having the restaurant was handy at the end of a long day, but for the whole week, there was no beef or salmon, and one evening, there was no desert of any kind. My mini bar wasn’t checked or refilled daily as the check sheet indicates, nor was shower gel or soap. One evening I had to ask for supplies - even of toilet paper.

Good sized room. Good breakfast . Wonderful large bath. Efficient air conditioning. Fresh towels every day, which was perfect after long days of walking in high temperatures. Quiet.

The hotel is located close to the center, an ideal starting point for sightseeing, a large outdoor parking lot at the hotel and in the underground garage, varied breakfasts, rooms have very comfortable beds, large spacious bathroom, TV and wifi work, very nice and helpful staff.

The surroundings are still bit worn (but that's Bucharest). The city center could be reached on foot, but, still, could be closer :) Normally other "International" hotels have the tourist agency representative on site, but this was not the case. They had only a leaflet of one more expensive tour organizers, and could not provide any more Info.

Pleasant hotel. Huge room. Perfect (though not outstanding) breakfast. They had national cheeses, ajvar, grilled vegetables, spiced olives (not directly from the can) and other dishes that you won't find oft in other hotels. We did not try their a la cart menu, but other opinions are not so good. The staff was welcoming. They let us move out an hour later because of our flight. Some small shops, some good restaurants around, Carrefour in 10 mins. Refrigerator in the room. Slippers. We also did like it's bit outdated style :) WiFi was OK'ish, bit slow at the evenings.

We have asked in advance for room in first floor due to religious reasons ( cant use an elevator during the Shabbat) but received one at fifth floor. We have asked for change and the staff has provided us a room in second floor on the next day. Location - slightly far from metro or bus station. We have used only uber or bolt but for others it might be a disadvantage.

The size of the room. Can't remember such a big room anywhere i have stayed before. Very large and comfy bed & pillows.

The bathtub was kind of not properly fixed outside, but no problem with using it, they key card at the door sometimes did not work. Breakfast could be more choice.
