It would be good having a key for locking the bathroom door when you're inside, for those who have small curious children with them :)

The location in near the town center, cheap public parking in front of the apartment, the room was clean, big size, warm (it was winter and cold outside, but very comfortable into the room!), kitchen with all you need to cook, very decent bathroom with everything you need.

- because the outside stairs, and the interior floor is made by wood, it could get a bit noisy depending on the hours your "neighbors" are coming to the property (however, it's not a big issue)

+ great location: really close to the main attractions in the city center (5-10 min walk) + the apartment was clean + it is minimalist, but you have almost anything you need + the bed is quite comfortable + the host is really helpful if you need any assistance (👍) + there is a nice Park (called Astra), right behind the property + it's an inside court, so you don't hear the noise from the street + don't stress about parking, if you travel by car, if you can't find one right in front of the property; there are places around the Astra Park; the parking price is 10 RON / day (around 2.5€)

We had bad luck : it was the hottest week of july and we could not sleep with the window closed , nor open due to the noise of cars. A ceiling fan would be perfect for summer time.

The location is awesome close to main street. The room is very clean and spacious. We had to wait 1h to get the key but personal was gentle.

The WIFI was poor and also the mobile data was not working well due to the thick walls surrounding the yard. The bed could be more comfortable. The public parking in front of the house is sometimes very crowded (during weekends) and is hard to find a place close by. It is one thermostat for multiple rooms and if you don't have access to it you can't adjust the room temperature (we were heaving 2 rooms and that was not a problem for us).

The host was very helpful with our crib for the baby request and offer it for free, also he instruct us how to use the thermostat to adjust the temperature in the room. The check-in/check-out was very flexible. The location in Old Town is ideal and you have public parking in front of the house. The rooms are in a closed yard that is very peaceful. I would say that it offers a good report price/quality among the accommodations in Old Town.

This was the greatest experience of my life and I’m not just saying just for rating this apartment no I’m saying for the entire adventure! I have to give thanks to the owner, a special person. The attention for details in the entire apartment it makes you feel like home witch is the purpose of any trip (leisure or work) no matter why you travel you will always go back to the place that made you feel like home ! Congratulations to the owners! Great value for the money! If you want to go straight in the hart of old town Sibiu and you want to have a 5 stars experience please choose “Tribunei Apartament Sibiu”.

No socket for cattle and other kitchen supplies near the table))) For me as a foreigner it could be hard to find correct room without my Romanian volontiers :) Maybe during confirmation it’s good to write details of check in

Incredible value. The rooms were in very good condition and comfortable. Our room faced the road but it was not loud due too good windows. The old town is very close. Parking lots are available for 10Lei for a day, which is all right.
