After 55 years of travel in many countries with stays in very simple and rustic facilities and in some of the most grand palaces it is difficult to even begin to imagine a lodging able to combine the simple luxury of the hotel, the room , the facilities, the simple and warm greeting with which we were received and a breakfast which combined quantity with great attention to pleasing the eye and the palate. A heartfelt Bravo! to the owners and staff and whoever designed the facility.

Not the best location in the city, not in a walking distance from the city centre, but all in all, very good value for money and I would go for it.

Very nice place, welcoming, modern, clean, comfy in any aspect. It's so high-tech, I liked the self check-in feature, very easy to handle the check-in by using the app.

There is nothing to complain about!

First of all we were in love with the comfortable bed! Absolutely heaven! The room was very cosy, clean and had all that we needed! The breakfast was delicious and the location was a quiet one!

Family rooms are completely missing. All rooms are alike and they are perfect for 2 persons. For 3 or 4 the space is very limited. otherwise i have nothing to complain about. Kudos for everything else

There is nothing much to do in Vatra Dornei, therefore I don't really understand why these high prices, just out of curiosity.

The breakfast was very good, a lot of options to choose from, fresh and delicious. The caban and room design is very nice, classy, wonderful colours, really enjoyed it.

Everything was just perfect.

Everything is new and spotless, big stylish rooms, comfortable, quiet at night, with all that you need for a perfect stay (fluffy towels, toiletries,robes, slippers etc ) in the middle of the town. We had to leave at 3 a.m., so we didn’t have breakfast, but the stuff let us make coffee ourselves and have some oranges. I’m sure the breakfast is good also, because they were very careful and thoughtful with everything else. We’ll be back.

Unfortunately, we faced a significant issue with the Wi-Fi connection in room 8. Despite raising it with staff, it remained unresolved during our 4-night stay. As I was combining this trip with work commitments from the UK, the unreliable internet connection caused major inconvenience, including missed meetings and rescheduling of important teams calls. Although Anna and Adriana kindly suggested working in the kitchen area, due to the nature of my job (involving sensitive data), it wasn’t appropriate to work in a public space. This was disappointing.

The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and in a lovely, peaceful location. Breakfast was fresh and well presented every morning. What really made our stay special were Anna and Adriana, their warm hospitality and outstanding customer service were beyond words. My wife, daughter, and I felt truly cared for from the moment we arrived.
