Nice and spacious room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children (2 double beds). It looks like you're entering in a little castle when you go up the stairs to your room. Good local breakfast and friendly staff. Just a small walk away from the city center and the monastery.

Villa and interiors not so preety and during enlargement. Garden not so lovely. Change spent in RON on very bad exchange rate (they improved after complaint). Generally unsufficient value for money and rather not recommended

Good location - quiet but close to the main street with bars, cafes, shops and spa park. Good breakfast - more than continental set but unfortunately without mămăligă. Triple room clean, spacious enough and with balcony. I slept 12h without any disruption.

The room was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good and fresh. The property exceeded our expectations. A big plus is the location of the property, very close to the Monastery Sinaia, Peles Castle but also close to the restaurants and the main park( for those who come with kids is amazing as location).

    Nothing.

Comfort and friendliness of staff. Alexandra, Iona and Andrea made our explorations of Sinaia and surrounds easy. A very helpful and informative staff. Location is perfect for restaurants, Peles Castle etc. We stayed in room 6 with a nice balcony. The room is spacious and light. Very highly recommended. We will stay again.

We loved the location. We took a taxi from the rail station and from Camelia it was an easy walk to the monastery, Peles Castle, and also the town centre. We enjoyed our spacious room (6) with balcony, had an excellent breakfast, enjoyed the ambiance of a building in near original condition (134 years old) the renovated bathroom and fast wifi. The manager, Andrea, was exceedingly pleasant and helpful.

The architecture of the Vila is very nice but the property is not renovated at all. I was very disappointed because the photos on booking look very nice, the rooms there seem big and light. We received a small room, a bit dark with very old furniture. The breakfast is just ok, nothing impressive. In my opinion this property is overpriced.

The location of the Vila is very good, very close to the main boulevard and also to Peles Castle. The room was clean.

    - for some people it can be a bit of a walk to reach the restaurants/park area but in the end this is why you are going to the mountains, for walks and time spent outdoors, so not such a big problem (and a restaurant will soon be opened at Vila Camelia)

    - very nice and clean property - has the atmosphere of a small castle - good breakfast - quiet area in the middle of nature - nice view outside the window

The room was not the one showed in the picture when we booked it (the ine with the white furniture). The furniture was too old and it needs to be renewed. In the room was somehow cold (about 21 degrees although the stuff asked us about that. It was fine). The door had a big space where you could feel the wind.

Breakfast did not offer much for a vegetarian, or much variety at all. We got stomachs full, anyway. No restaurant, only coffee or tea available outside the breakfast time. Which is not a big deal, since restaurants are very nearby.

Very nice hotel, big room and nice service. Big bed, silent room. Near to train station, and only 5 minutes to the bus stop to Gondola (Although bus did not run at least in November more than once in a hour.) Not far from anything, really. Very helpful staff.

We had agreed on the phone for specific rooms but they made last minute changes without any notification. The new rooms were indeed very nice but it would have been nice to let us know about the change in advance. The kitchen was probably near of our room(15) and in the morning after 8, it seemed that all the food smell from cooking was in our room. Better ventilation for the cooking area would probably help. But it would not be worth if it meant changing the nice architecture of the house.

The staff could have been a bit more outgoing regarding helping tourists to make the most of their stay in Sinaia, f.ex. to know which days the inside of the palace is closed and explain there is only a 5 min. walk to take the lift up to the mountain. If you just want to see the mountain very short, it all takes about 1-2 hours ;)

We loved the location, the quietness, the style of the house, the feeling of being at home and a little bit less like a tourist. Sinaia is a beautiful place to explore if you enjoy castle like mountain cities that sort of grows into the landskace in a meandering way.

Noisy. Rooms on first floor were more or less off the main communal room so didn't get much sleep when others were awake and speaking loudly in communal room.

Quirky place. Clean. Weird but fine breakfast.

I would have liked more shade in the room at noon for the baby to sleep. Some black-out curtains would be nice, as a future improvement. Also the wood floors make a lot of noise. I know the villa is 130 years old, but maybe some restoration to the floors in the rooms could be made.

The location of the villa is ideal for any walk around Sinaia. In 5 minutes you can be in the park or the Monastery, or in 10 at the Peles Castle. All the stores are also 5 minutes away. The beds were comfortable. We had a triple room and a superior one and they were really big, with old style furniture and nice. The free parking was also really convenient, as the prices for parking are high in Sinaia. My 2 year old toddler enjoyed the holiday very much. It was fun climbing on the stairs, and had a baby chair for him at the breakfast. We've already planned our next holiday here, in the summer.

A selection of diet bread at breakfast would have been welcomed.

Quiet but central location, beautiful courtyard and a full of history intimate interior space. The great lobby with the air of age, transcends time. The tastefully appointed large rooms and the exterior architecture of the building completes an unforgettable accommodation experience.

There was nothing that wasn't wonderful about this boutique hotel. All the way from breakfast to beds, from friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms.
