Hot water didn’t run out but the water pressure did. Keep you showers short!

This spot is lovely. You are nestled in the woods, the staff are wonderful, I wish we had more nights here. The breakfast is so perfect, the parking is wild but plenty, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. What made it great is the location, and what made it even better is the lovely people working here. A note: we had a car which made things easy. We also went in off-season (sept) which makes things different. Would return easily.

Heavenly location surrounded by forest, easily accessible and with kind staff. We received a bigger room than we expected and it was marvellous. The quietness of this accommodation is unbelievable. The breakfast was good, even though it didn’t have a lot of variety throughout the days spent there.

On check-in the lady didn't speak English and we wanted to share that some people have left their car lights on but couldn't relay the information. In any other case, language would have not been an issue for us, we managed absolutely fine.

We loved the apartment that was allocated to us, it was huge and had everything you could need for a summer or winter stay. There is enough space around the house to park your car safely and in shade. The area looks really nice to explore further for hiking or skiing in the winter. We had buffet breakfast included in the price which was really good and had enough choice to start the day great. Our apartment was on a higher floor (3rd, I think) and the house doesn't have an elevator but it was not an issue to go up the stairs even with our luggage. The balcony was great. The hosts were nice and welcoming. We would be glad to be back.

Everything was great

We got a free room upgrade without even asking or complaining about anything which we found really nice. The staff was helpful, nice food, clean and amazing view. Location was also great, close to all local attractions. We are happy!

We loved everything about the property especially how accommodating any friendly the staff was. The location is very close to the center of Poiana Brașov close to restaurants, within walking distance to center of Poiana and right by the sky area. The rooms were very clean with everything needed. The bedding and towels very clean as well. We loved the loft option as our kids loved climbing up the stairs. The beds were comfortable and quite large and the balcony option was a plus. The breakfast was amazing with multiple options to choose from. We loved utilizing the outside area as well as we grilled and enjoyed a lovely evening with our family. The jacuzzi was also a nice surprise and we took advantage and utilized it during our stay.They provided robes and additional towels and that was super nice. The manager, Mihaela was unbelievably accommodating and responsive to all of our requests;she was constantly checking in ensuring we have everything we need. We were a large group and we all loved the attention to detail and how they went above and beyond ensuring our stay was nothing but a positive experience. I strongly recommend this facility for small or larger groups during any season. You won’t regrete it. Mihaela, we thank you very much for your commitment to exceptional service and working very hard to ensure your guests are welcomed and well taking care of during their stay. We will come back soon.
