Very hot when we arrived. No door between living room and bedroom, just curtains. Red curtains give you a sense of agitation. Staff couldn' t provide a second acces card. Breakfast is quite poor. Quality..so and so.

I've been here twice. Both times I noticed that the staff doesn't welcome you, they respond to the salute of the guests (do not salute first) and don't waste any smile.

Nicely located near the city centre. Rooms are spacious and clean, so are the bathrooms. Breakfast offers enough and coffee is served from the espresso machine. The hotel has a large terrace, good for lazying.

The wifi was very bad, and unusable, had to make a hotspot in order to finish what I had to do for work or to watch a movie. the room had Ac. but we were on the top floor and it got so hot that it could not handle it. There was also a terrace that was open space for all the rooms on our floor which was great but it had no chairs, no table, nothing on it really. All in all the main issue was the unbearable heat and that somehow the Ac blasting on 18 degrees didn't help a lot.

The location was great, very close to the city center, with underground parking which was a great addition. the room was big and well organised. enjoyable breakfast and air conditioning

There were no rolls for breakfast, but I think that's typical in Romania. Everything else for a normal hotel breakfast was there though. I found a hair clip on the floor as I checked out. (Not mine). Noisy air conditioning.

Bed was huge and comfy, large room with typical ensuite but a large bath in another part of the bedroom. Towels fluffy! Staff friendly. It is also a Turkish restaurant which we didn't have time to go to, but the food looked gorgeous.

We worked from the lobby bar after checkout. Everything was perfect until 3 pm when the waitress came an told us we have to leave because she was going to be cleaning. I think she just wanted to get rid of us as I don’t think it’s normal to kick your clients out because you will be cleaning. When we were leaving we noticed that someone had scratched our car the underground car park.

The room was spacious and Wi-Fi was quick.

The bathroom shower tub was clogged. You had nowhere to put your shampoo in the shower. Windows did not have mosquito nets. The balcony door could only be opened wide (not folded) and I couldn't do this because there were 2 other rooms that were serviced by the same balcony. Air conditioning would have been better placed in the small entrance hall, thus now blowing directly on the bed.

The hotel is very close to the city center. There is an elevator. Breakfast was nice, with fair coffee. Staff was nice.

Door to the underground parking was closed when i arrived and passage to it was blocked from the street. (in the morning it was open). So, got to check in first, then go park the car... Room was ok as size, but those windows and terrace door... no isolation at all. At first i thought the window was open, but no. Very very bad, could hear all the cars passing on the street!! Minibar was embarrassing (2 bottles of water and a can of Coke). Also the bar of the restaurant downstairs was lacking supplies (2 types of beer available, just normal 0.7 wine...) Bathroom was clean, but very simple (designed and maintained like the 90s fashion), towels seemed okish... but toilet paper was at the second or 3rd guest (not a new roll). Breakfast was rather simple, mainly cheap ingredients used.

Friendly staff, spacious room, terrace on the 4th floor - connected to the room, good position of the hotel in the center. Good wifi in the room.

This property can be booked only by paying through Booking app. I book it for my music band for my wedding day to stay overnight after the wedding. I booked it in advance and I registered my card to guarantee the booking and pay it (the property must had handled the payment not me!) In the evening of the wedding, the staff called me to ask me to come by the venue to pay on the property (this was not an option when booking). Moreover, they called me several times (late in the night and very early in the morning) to be sure to pay the booking at the hotel, saying that they do not have access to my card. Imagine being the bride at your wedding and being called times after times by these totally unrespectful staff only for a payment that must had been processed by that time as they had all the information of my card!!! The staff was totally unfriendly and rude, they did not respect my time spent there, ruined my whole evening and morning. Definitely I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who want a peaceful experience! And even if anyone would like to stay here, pay much attention to how your payment is handled. You will most probably have a terrible surprise to be obliged to pay at the property!

Fake advertising, no balcony, no smoke alarms (as mentioned online), lack of parking spaces, very poor breakfast, no mosquito nets (plenty of mosquitos in the room), bad smell in the room. Not recommended!
