First day when we used the spa there was a group of very noisy drunk young people in the pool, jumping, splashing, drinking alcohol and spilling beer in the pool. We stayed a bit and decided to leave. There was only a very young girl there looking after the pool, on her own, it didn’t seem safe for her to approach them or tell them anything. So I mentioned something only the way out, she was very apologetic. I guess it’s not her fault but I was even worried about her safety with that group there. Next day there were lots of kids, but we didn’t mind that. Just a warning though, being a spa, if you have a in mind a nice relaxing, quiet place, it’s not for you

The staff were outstanding – truly understanding, helpful, and very friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had included in a stay: traditional dishes with freshly made eggs (fried or omelette), and excellent specialty coffee that really stood out. The room was spotless, and the mattress was exceptional – perfect if you have a sensitive back or a history of back pain. The location is great, only a 4-minute drive from the Mocănița steam train. The SPA area is extraordinary – very well maintained, well organized, and offering many pools to choose from. The steam sauna in particular exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

The only minus would be that the children's playground is under a tree whose fruits were falling straight on it and were making a mess.

Clean and the staff are very polite. The food was good as well at the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choises.

The way that housekeeping team informed us they where very busy and if we don’t want service at 15:00 than they will finish their shift.

The staff is excellent in reception , terrace and restaurant ,specially Cosmina a bit disappointed with housekeeping staff attitude.

The hotel was noisy sometimes. Off season maintenance i guess. Our room was too warm and couldn't change it, had to leave the window open for the whole night and we woke up every day in the morning by the animal noises from outside

Food in the restaurant was great. 10/10, coffee as well. Staff is kind, nice and helpful, the wellness part was super and clean, room was also pretty clean.

- The staff is not always welcoming (especially at the reception). - The decoration of the room is a bit outdated and needs a refreshment.

- The spa is the best asset of this hotel (bathrobes and flip flops are offered). They have a lot of facilities (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, swimming pool...) - The breakfast is OK / the restaurant too.

The receptionist for the morning shift, her attitude was not great and also you have to pay extra for charging the car (if you have electric car - the price per KW is not too cheap either).

I liked the customer oriented attitude of the entire staff. Young and dynamic team which really impressed me of how nice and supportive they can be. During the weekend, took place also a private event, but we haven't felt missing anything because of that, I believe the owner could give some bonuses to his team, :-), they really worked hard to keep everything under control, both us and the event. And for the owner, it is really visible how much work he hid to build this place. It is a place where I recommend to stay when in Viseu: spacious rooms, good food, nice pools, friendly staff.

The pillows for me was not comfortable

The hotel is located not far from the famous steam locomotive. The room was clean with a cute little terrace. The spa was included with our booking (bathrobe and flip-flops included).
