Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThe standard rooms have a small bathroom with a tiny shower cabin. There is no elevator for old people. Voucher meal for breakfast is not covering all the costs.
The superior room is lookin good. The bathroom is new. Breakfast offer is tasty, but you have to pay extra, because you get an voucher from reception which is not covering all the costs. There is a private parking.

ItalyBefore I used to have breakfast on the garden terrace but that is not available now. I do not think the current breakfast options are so good and affordable
I had to take my son back to his mother and as the journey is long I normally stop over to break the traveling. Zamca is very close to my ex wife's apartment . I like the location, the rooms and the restaurant. The new restaurant has very good international menu and everything was prepared to perfection

RomaniaI didn't liked one of the receptionists who was a bit impatient. Also she had mixed up my bill, and the other very kind receptionist had to fix it. The facilities should be changed a bit, because some of them was broken , in the shower , in the room etc. The shower was very narrow.
I liked the very comfy bed, the exceptional breakfasts both days, the services in restaurant, the price.

United KingdomThe room needs to be a little bit updated . It was nice, but it looks a little bit old. The shower cabin is a little bit small and the shower itself needs to be fixt to work properly.
It was quiet, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The restaurant terrace was brilliant, and the food was very tasty . Good value for the price. Thank you.

UkraineThe air conditioner was old and not working (no remote control found). It would be great if the hotel could provide dispensible sleepers
The district, where hotel is located is great, peaceful, with good infrastructure- Lidl 3 minutes away- and not far away from the city center. There is a private hotel parking lot which eliminates any parking issues and nice outside terrace to have a coffee or a glass of wine. The room was nice, with a small fridge and hair dryer, towels and a quite comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and sustainable with eggs, salad, bread and coffee served a la carte.

Ukraine-
We stayed here (a family of three) for 1 night. The room was marvellous! It has just been renovated, all the furniture and the walls were new, and the heating was very good - it was super warm. Design was very nice. You can take an actual bath :) There is coffee and tea provided, and a small teapot in the room. Parking is free. There was a supermarket nearby. The points to take into account: (1) there are three floors, and no elevator. When you go up the floors, they are designed in such a way that in reality you really need to take a lot of (quite high) stairs, and the 3rd floor (where we stayed) is quite high up. I am noting this, since i was staying with 2 of my ederly parents, and going up that far was a struggle for them. (2) if you buy the breakfast included option, breakfast is not "all you can eat", but you rather have 30 lei of credit, which you can use to order from the restaurant. If you order for more, you will pay extra. There are not that many options to choose from, and the 30 lei option is quite big. While the quality of breakfast was quite good, you can just book without it and then go to their restaurant in the morning, and order it then (from the menu with specific dishes - you can actually take a look and decide on the spot - maybe you will not like them) or choose something cheaper. Otherwise, we liked our stay a lot!

UkraineIn the hotel profile there are pics of rooms and at first you see different rooms which look really good. And there are a lot of such pictures. So one gets an impression that is the room one receives. Misleading. Some rooms are quite old. They are clean, you have all you need but still they are very old and condition is poor. Also there was a small fridge in my room. It was situated literally 40 cm from the head of the bed. Needless to say the impact the sleep. It seems no-one thought that out.
The breakfast was good and included in price. Location was nice - not far from the city center. I was there during late in the day so could not enjoy the scenery, can't say a lot about it. The room in general was okay for a short stay.

UkraineThe room was pretty old, the walls have craks, bed cover have holes. We were placed on the 3rd floor and it was no elevator there (we have a heavy suitcase and lady on Reception didn't offer us any help and we were forced to put it up by stairs and down back next day by ourselves). Also some parts of hotel are under renovation and we were not informed about this.
Me and my mom stayed for one night in Zamca hotel in mid-October. We liked its location and the restaurant in the garden, where we have a nice dinner.

AlbaniaThe hotel really do need a renovation as it is really outdated but as I said, paying 33 eur/night really does compensate that.
Price and location. We paid 33 eur for our 1 night stay here and compared to the places we stayed during our journey from Bucharest by car this place was a nice surprise. Comfortable room, TV has many channels, parking on spot. Definitely worth the price 👌
