Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff, delicious breakfast and amazing rooms. The beds are super comfortable like you are sleeping on a cloud and i liked that the hotel is right in the city center, close to everything you need

The hotel is just great – really good value for money! Staff are super nice, polite and friendly. Location is quiet but still central, everything is clean and stylish, with a simple artistic touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Just one thing to keep in mind: there are quite a lot of stairs. Yes, the hotel has an elevator, but you’ll still end up carrying your luggage up and down stairs. Unless, of course, you’re planning to make the poor reception girls do it for you – which I wouldn’t suggest.

Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. But I must give special thanks to Milica, whose warm smile and helpful attitude made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—from local recommendations to thoughtful small touches that made me feel at home. Milica is a true gem and a perfect example of authentic Serbian hospitality. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed, and very clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and full of artistic flair, just like the name suggests. The location is ideal—right in the center, close to everything you'd want to see in Niš, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. I highly recommend ArtLoft Hotel to anyone visiting Niš. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you’ll find not just a place to stay, but a place that welcomes you like family.
