Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe lovely lady at reception was incredibly helpful, which we already knew, as this was our second visit during the same trip. The rooms were very clean and the outdoor area provided a feeling of calmness that brought us back for the second time.

New ZealandWe felt that personal service was lacking. The reception is only staffed for limited hours, and that makes it difficult to get support if you need it. When we went for breakfast around 7.15am on the first morning, there was no sign of life, despite the official breakfast time being 7 - 10am. Around 7.30am somebody appeared, to apologise for breakfast being late. The fried eggs were over- cooked and not hot, so overall we were underwhelmed by the breakfast. These little things are what hospitality is all about, and what separate truly great hotels from the average.
The hotel is in a great location, handy to the waterfront, restaurants and other main attractions in Zemun. We had a spacious room and the bed was comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. It is an attractive hotel, with a nice ambience, but let down by a few weaknesses.

Netherlands1. Difficult car access: After 5pm, when no staff are on site, it’s very hard to reach the entrance by car. The narrow old-town street is packed with parked cars, making turning to the doors almost impossible without scratching the car. 2. Arrival issues: We arrived at 5:30pm with no staff present. We had to block the road to park, then figure out the gate using the reception key. Although the key opened the parking door, a manual barrier blocked access, making unloading luggage extremely inconvenient. None of this was mentioned in the booking. The electronic sensor lock did not respond to touch, and it took me 10 minutes to finally get inside. This is because the staff (who were absent) is locking the room keys inside the rooms, likely for “safety reasons.” 3. Food is not available on site after 5pm: The minibar was empty, there was no tea or coffee in the room, and the hotel restaurant was completely unattended by any personal, despite advertised opening hours until 11pm (at least on Sundays, this was not true). The other night (Monday) hotel had an event (meeting) and the restaurant was fully blocked by one group of people. Staff was present, serving the dinner for them, but there was no space inside for other guests. So these all made experience quite uncomfortable, even though the hotel itself is very nice.
1) Clean, new, nice design, comfortable 2) A lot of shops and restaurants in a walking distance (5 minutes to the main square), some after midnight 3) Nice yard for morning breakfast 4) Rooms are really soundproof, there is a church nearby and you barely hear it.

Romaniaall was great
The location is excellent in Zemun, very close to the Danube riverside promenade, in a lively tourist area full of terraces and restaurants. The hotel itself is charming, set in a building with a lovely inner courtyard full of greenery, where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine with friends in the evening. Everything felt very intimate and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, equipped with all that you need; the breakfast was varied and served in a cozy place. We felt very comfortable and had a great time, highly recommended!

SerbiaThe room was clean and spacious. Some common things that should be standard for a 4 star hotel are missing. The TV is Android (which is ok) but without access to local TV, the fridge is switched off and empty, we ordered dinner from outside the hotel, there are no cutlery in the room... small details that spoil the quality. When reserving the room through Booking, I emphasized that the payment is on the spot, this was not observed, they took the money from the account themselves. Otherwise, very nice location and pleasant staff. Because of such things, they reduce a good impression.
I asked for king size bed and got two side by side bed

The hotel is freshly renovated/decorated, and with great taste. The pictures on the walls and figurines in the lobby give it a very personal and stylish touch. The receptionist was very helpful, the room had plenty of space and all the necessary amenities. It is important to understand that the hotel is in Zemun, which is on the other side of the river from the old town, but that works nicely if you need to drive from/to the airport, and the surroundings are nice, with lots of restaurants and cafes.
