Please, please, please! Don't use the white slippers from the room in the Water world or saunas area. These slippers are very slippery! I didn't bring my own slippers, so I decided to use the pair from the room. Don't do that! It's like walking on the melting ice. Very dangerous and unsafe. Better go barefoot.

Everything is well organised. Rooms are clean, very spacious and have amazing views! Breakfasts are great too. The facilities are also excellent: swimming pools, saunas, slides. Just a couple of swimming pools were closed, but it wasn't much of a discomfort.

Too many pools and constructions, takes away from the natural beauty of the surroundings. The more they build the less impressive it all looks.

Food, spa, rooms are amazing. Staff are lovely everybody is nice and rushes to help. Check-in and out are as simple as it gets smooth as butter.

Our room view was not very good... we had a view to the yard and other facilities

This was my second visit to the resort. It is a great spa hotel with many different pools and spa facilities in beautiful location in the heart of Fruska Gora National Park, surrounded by pristine nature and still close to Novi Sad and other sites like Sremski Karlovci that you can visit. The staff was friendly and polite, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall great experience.

I came twice and both times the salt sauna was closed There is also a tepidarium where should be salt steam (it says so at the entrance to the steam room), but there isn't any salt steam. It's just warm seats, it’s not bad, but don’t like misleading Gym is small. Mat in gym is torn and covered with tape, please buy a new one

Probably the best thermal baths hotel in Serbia. It doesn't often happen that a hotel becomes better with every visit, especially not in the Balkans. This place not only does it preserve the good points from past years, but keeps growingm For example, there were already several outdoor pools, and several water slides and a lot of sunbeds. Still, that didnt stop them to add three new pools and four more huge slides. Don't even get me started on the food: the omlette, the oatmeal, the poppyseed strudel - standard over the years; but, also granola, macca, gluten free options, moringa... It would be a maricle not to find your favorite dish (done well) in the breakfast buffet. The staff are amazingly polite, very descrete and hard working. The place is impecably clean. All in all, I wish it keeps all this good stuff in the future, while adding new things to the experience.

Kids constantly jumping into the pools. Parents don’t take care, safety guards as well. Saunas looks more as talking rooms than relax-room. Also kids are in SPA area.

Overall, everything was fine, but considering the price, our expectations were a bit higher. A few small improvements in the facilities or service details would make the experience even better.

We really enjoyed our stay – the location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very pleasant.

What prevented from ranking a solid 10 : A. The large slide were not open at first, it’s a water resort so this is exactly what the kids need. And the staff was not honest about the reason why- at first said because of the weather but it was shiny and little slides were open. Then said they are fixing something. The last day they opened the slides and we enjoyed them B. Some of the staff don’t know English good enough. Especially in the food area. C. They have bee’s issue. Really need to take care of that. D. There isn’t a jacuzzi in the spa. E. Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, all they did try to fix it with bathroom spray. Helped a little

The pools are high end , many options and I never seen pools so well invested.

I liked that the rooms are spacious and functional, and the breakfasts are varied. The hotel has a lot of swimming pools, both outdoor and indoor, which are open until late in the evening. Plus, the cost of accommodation includes access to various saunas. There is also a water park on the territory, which is a plus when vacationing with children.

The waters aren't as thermal as I thought they were going to be, and the elevators are a mess so it's almost always easier to just use the stairs which isn't ideal sometimes.

I liked the breakfast, the free parking ramp was very convenient, the spa area was nice and there was always space and available sunbeds, staff is very friendly, the Italian restaurant was outstanding, the room was very spacious, well-lit and comfortable

We went for half-board option, the restaurant was dark, noisy, very crowded and the low ceiling made it not so comfortable. This could really be improved,

Excellent choice to enjoy Holiday with kids. Fantastic location, many swimming pools and slides, great local food. Great service and the staff was extremely helpful. Nice touch to have complimentary mini bar in the room.
