When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking available at the site which is a big plus , despite being in the city center. Booking, payment and agreement were done over the internet, Mrs. Aleksandra is very helpful and polite.

The hotel is brand new. It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very polite. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it

I liked the fact that there is self-check-in and if one has any questions, one can always reach someone via cellphone. The parking spaces are wide enough, so one can get in and out without any problem. The breakfast buffet was abundant and good. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Location is great.

The shower was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. There were open bottles of shower gel left in the shower from the previous guests.The containers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were filed with water. There isn't an insect net on the bathroom window, so a lot of insects entered. There is a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The double bed was made from two singles that always slided apart, even though it had a topper mattress. You couldn't open the window. so there was no air. Even if the room was spacious, we got the corner room, and the sealing made it smaller and difficult to move.
The courtyard parking was very nice and safe. The location is 10 minutes from the town center. It is very quiet. The tv had a lot of programs in English. The breakfast was classic, not great, not terrible.

Every day electricity went off and there was no generator, the air conditioner was stopping while we were sleeping and the room was getting sweltering. We could’t go outside once for half an hour because the electricity has gone and the doors couldn’t open.
We came Novi sad for exit festival and we had not a lot of choises for stay, so we had to choose there. It was clean, stuff were so nice and kind. Location was central and quite. We came morning from the festival for sleep-thanks to curtains it can be dark.

No WiFi on last night.
The room.was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good to have a fridge and kettle. Good selection for breakfast. WiFi good but we couldn't access it.on the last night. Car park a real bonus in the middle of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, 3 minutes from Zmaj Jovina (main) street, still it was really quiet and peaceful. The breakfast bar was really nice and made our belly's full. For every recommendation.

The staff was very kind ,the room and all the hotel is very clean,modern,self check in ,location is near center of city -10 minute by foot ,the breakfest is very good and varied,and the parking is in courtyard and the entrance is with a cod gate.

Bathroom wasn't particulary clean with hairs left on doors, sink and toilet from previous guests. There was also a weird smell in the room.
Location is great and private parking is a huge plus. Easy self check in.
