This time my room was much more comfortable, I appreciate that. Also, I like that the reception/check-in is available 24 hours and the location is close to the main bus station. That was the main reason why I chose this place, because I usually come to Novi Sad at night. Also, thanks to the kind receptionist lady who helped me open the door while I was carrying my bags.

Nothing to declare. Staff is nice, but is a fair hotel. They have everything we need to stay at the city, is not close to the city center, but you can go walking. The room is fair, confortable also. I stay there again.

The hotel is very good and people are nice, the staff is nice and try to help you for all the needs. The place offer everything you need and is affordable. The price is good, so it offer according to the price.

Great location, 10 min walking distance to city center, and same 10 min to railway/bus station. Very helpful personnel. Good WiFi. Good insulation, it was surprisingly warm in the room in November. Elevator, which not many 2/3 stars hotels have. Slippers included. Great value for money.

Clean and comfortable little hotel with good WiFi. My room had a balcony which was nice. Fridge in the room was nice because it was very hot weather. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's a nice restaurant/ café just down the road. Friendly staff who spoke English.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is located nearby the city center in the walking distance from the fortress and shopping street. We came by car and had a possibility to park it right in front of the hotel. The room itself was very clean and warm, we rent 2 floors apartment. Wi-fi connection was stable. Nice lady at the reception printed out the boarding passes for us.

- old hotel, no sign of renovation (not worth the double price we payed during festival season) - A/C not working, real pain with 35+C outside - breakfast rather poor, last morning really only fried eggs

- very helpful and friendly staff - spoke with us in English and German - tried to fix A/C (but no luck) - city attractions are in walking distance - hotel has nice lobby to meet with other festivalgoers
