The internet is not that great, but was reset few times by staff. The gym is not open.

We stayed in the far side of the hotel, the window blinds didn’t block out much light so iT was hard to sleep. Plus the ceiling had a big crack in it and the room smelled damp and a bit rotten. There’s not much amenities, no fridge/kettle/bottle of water. Soap dispenser was empty and AC remote batteries were dead but we changed it with the TV remote batteries. For 100€ per night, could have been better

The staff were amazing, and it’s nice to have a little cafe/bar in the hotel. Plus a nice restaurant just down the street.

It's not a 4 **** hotel, but a dirty motel with no renovation and awful Personal! Everything was awful! The first room we booked looked like after Apocalypse: no curtains, the cracked toilet seat was dirtyly glued together, the wallpaper was torn off. When we were moved to another room with a jacuzzi, a pillowcasewere was dirty. When I asked to change the dirty pillowcase, the receptionist Nina looked at me as if I was demanding the impossible for a hotel room that supposedly has four stars. Afterwards, right in front of us, she did not hesitate to express her opinion in Serbian to her colleague, saying that “these foreigners have become insolent.” Further more!!! After a walk, I discovered that the jacuzzi in our room was far from clean: in the jacuzzi there were remnants of someone’s previous life activity, such as short hairs and more. It was unpleasant for me to dive into this jacuzzi, even after rinsing it all off with a shower. We went down to the reception and raised a problem - we asked to wipe down the jacuzzi. To which the “sweet” receptionist Nina not only refused to help us, but stated that she would not call the cleaner, and would not clean anything herself, she said verbatim, if something does not suit us, then we can take the detergent and wash it by ourself!!! I assure you, we were forced to wipe the jacuzzi ourselves at our own expense, she didn’t even deign to come into the room and see what the problem was. I have a video of how we, guests, wash a jacuzzi. I can show video upon request. I’m not even talking about the lack of hot water pressure for a few hours and the lack of a kitchen and breakfast at the hotel. I am a film director and have been to hundreds of hotels of different classes in all parts of the world, but I assure you, nowhere, not even a single European hostel, has there been such disgusting service as in this hotel! especially the attitude of this madam named Nina.

The curtains were absolute crap, they are yellow and when the sun comes up the room lights up, not good after a big night out, they need to be darker.

We like that it had an old vintage look about it and great location for being close to town.
