Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyA beautiful hotel in the center of Belgrade. The staff were very kind and flexible when we had to reschedule our visit. The room was spacious and stylishly designed, with a super comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel is new, but quite some stuff was broken - most notably the entrance door. We need a help of the concierge to open it, because the lock was broken. Breakfast was quite poor - very low variety and only filtered coffee, no cappuccino.
Very nice hotel in Japanese style. Comfortable and clean.

MaltaThe spa is just a sauna and a steam room. Laundry is not returned same day but after 24hrs, even if you send before 9am. Breakfast is nothing special. The hotel is very small (more of a boutique hotel). i got the junior suite ... it simply looked like a normal room to me. I can't imagine how small and basic the normal rooms were.
Twelve hours into my stay, I was determined to write a bad review for this hotel. However, the front desk staff managed to turn my stay around in a spectacular way. I have never seen such consistency and high degree of level of service in Europe and each and every one of them was exceptional. Christina, in particular, was outstanding. She's an asset to the hotel.

IsraelThe parking lot was a little shabby, but close. Parking cost us 15 euro per night. No elevator.
Everything was excellent. Attentive and friendly staff that are pleasure to talk to. A cozy restaurant with a street view and a rich breakfast. Located in the center of many attractions minimizing the need to use a car in this busy city. Great bed and amenities in the room. All problems at the beginning were in few minutes by the staff, just how service needs to be. The manger is a lovely and considerate person that we loved to interact with. Lots of small restaurants around and a supermarket that is always open just 20 meters away. Felt like we found our long lost family :-)

RomaniaParking is not necessarily available right at the hotel but it was provided close by for a cost of 15 Euro. It generally is not great that you have to pay extra for parking but that is very common for hotels i.e. if they are located centrally.
The hotel is beautifully designed inside, you do feel as if you would be in Japan. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best ones we had on our whole two week trip - home-made muesli, heaps of fresh fruit etc. - yummy. The restaurant - fusion of Asian and French cuisine is also pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and the location is also pretty central.

United KingdomI inadvertently pressed the 'do no disturb' button which is so small you can't see it - subsequently my room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. The room 106 was actually quite dark 2 as only 2 sliding blinds open, not really a problem as I was at work during the day.
Location was really good, great little restaurant Poulet with live music approx 100 metres away

SerbiaWell , I don’t like to mention negativities, but it is kind of not welcoming that you have to pay for the spa additionally, beeing in the hotel already and the price of the room beeing as it is. Also breakfast was ok, but I had to find my way around, searching for plates, cutlery, napkins and I was approached maybe 1 hour after having breakfast already to be asked do I want anything additional. I mean it’s probably not the staff fault, but this was not a student canteen (not that something is wrong with student canteen , I loved them when I was a student) ,but you except a little bit more attention of a five star hotel They also didn’t have a toothbrush and toothpaste, however the reception did offer to go and buy me one ,but I didn’t want to bother him. The other receptionist also guided me to my room and explained me everything properly and was very nice.
It is an amazing room decoration, I have stayed many hotels before and I haven’t saw anything similar. Also I just came from Japan ,spending 1 month in there ,so it is a nice contribution to Japanese culture. The location is perfect(except parking problem) A lot of nice bars, coffee shops and restaurants are near by.
