The stairs at the entrance and to the lifts, not good if you carry heavy luggage. No bags in the dustbins. Minibar not yet available.

Great location, fast WiFi, excellent breakfast. I used the laundry service and it was cheap and good. Comfortable bed and correct lighting in the room.

Not at all handicap friendly right from the sidewalk. Stairs to get in, stairs to get to the lobby, stairs to get to the elevators. Booking.com asked how many travelers and names. That was indicated on the reservation, however the front desk told us the reservation received only had one name and they needed to charge us extra for the second traveler - rough start waiting in lobby for 90 minutes to get this rectified. Front desk clerk wasn't at all "hospitality" material. After calling for the manager, the reservation was accepted.

Staff unfriendly, lobby full of cigarette smell. No water boiler in the room which to me was really strange and poor, stingy with the toiletries.

Nice room, clean bathroom, great desk and television with many plugs. Bright and clean and upgraded modern bathroom. Good location to restaurants and public transportation

The hotel is in need of a deep renovation. Room was fairly clean and the bed was moderately comfortable. The window in the room had a handwritten note in Sebian and English that it is broken and should not be opened.

We have booked double room and receptionist without checking gave us twin room. After complain he gave us the correct room. Rooms are kindda old style, so keep in mind that pictures on the website look more bright and attractive. Bad light in the room, and also bathroom needs renovation.

Nice breakfast and beautiful restaruant on 7th floor, amazing view from the restaurant. Super location of the hotel, very good connection to the airport and in the city. Nice view of the fountain from the window but it depends on the room you get. Spacious room. The hotel is under renovation on 6th and 5th floor.

Still old, not good preserved rooms. Our toilet water flush needed 10minutes to get full of water so as to use it again

There was some construction going on in the hotel which was quite loud. Fortunately, it was only during the daytime and not at night.

The location is excellent, and the bed was large and very comfortable. There was an issue with a leak in my WC, and when I told the staff, they apologized and upgraded my room to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The staff are kind and very helpful.

The hotel is quite old. It certainly requires renovation. Every room is separated from the next one by an inner door. It means you hear everything. I mean: EVERYTHING. It is as if the neighbors are staying at your place. I received a room in second floor, and next to it was a room of a patient being treated medically. His wife shouted at him day and night, so I asked to change a room. And the room was changed. I booked in advance for 9 nights. I won’t repeat it.

The location. Very close to the beautiful Sava Temple. Also a walking distance to Republic Square. The hotel is located in the vibrant area of the city and close to the coffee shops of Nyegosheva street. The staff is helpful. I received useful information about transport.

No heating! In the room is 18deg. C!!! Not clean, furniture is broken complete disaster. I will never visit again. Room on the first floor is noisy.
