Unfortunately, we couldn’t spend much time at the hotel as we used it mainly as a stopover. We had to leave early in the morning and couldn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. We also arrived late in the evening due to heavy traffic at the border, so we didn’t have a chance to explore the city or assess the hotel’s proximity to the center. However, I can say that the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it met my expectations.

Nice staff, clean rooms. Ideal for a one night stop-over.

Bit far from the centre, but as we discovered, the local neigbourhood was great as well...

All the rooms have air condition and bathroom, my also had a big terrace for morning internet surfing. Owners are super helpful and nice, parking is on the courtyard. Breakfast is just enough ful and diverse. Try their homemade coffee (not instant). Location is 15-20 min walking distance to city center, fortress and big square with shopping mall and bars. On the way there are many bars, hamburger and ice cream cabins, you cannot be hungry there. Recently (aug 2025) there are many manifestations going on there, so be careful especially in the night (don't drive as many central streets could be closed).

Location is a bit out of center, but it is peaceful and safe.

The staff were very helpful, even offering to pick us up from the bus station if we couldn't get a taxi (we didn't need but a kind gesture none-the-less). Let us keep our bags after check out and ordered a taxi for us when we were leaving (680 Dinar). Breakfast was nice, it was a set menu but we enjoyed it. The room was spacious although a little dated but for the price great value. Location is ok, the buses are free into town otherwise a 15-20 minute walk (once you know the way).

Not sure if it is always like this but the internet was very slow (if you could even get a connection). Luckily we weren't in the hotel for too long for it to be an issue.

We were on transit from our holiday and stayed one night in Nis on the road. Actually I liked this hotel, has its own atmosphere with retro-feeling, the location is excellent, the owner was very kind to give us recommendation about nearby restaurant, everything was ok, Value for the price.
