We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaI highly recommend this hotel! Excellent location, within walking distance from the city center, ideal for exploring Belgrade. The interior is modern and luxurious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is kind and professional, always ready to help. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, and I would especially highlight the excellent wellness center. Breakfast is fantastic and delicious, with something for everyone’s taste.
