Entrance door was not closing well. We had someone's else's bathrobes in the room. Really nice hotel but not maintained as it should be.

Good value for money. Nice hotel. Nice staff. We got upgrade so that was really nice. I would come back anytime.

We had an amazing stay at Vila Borova! All the rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect - close to the city center yet peaceful and relaxing. The wellness and spa facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. I accidentally left a tiny earring in the room, and the team was able to find it - really appreciate their care. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Vila Borova to anyone visiting Zlatibor.

1) There was some minor issue with cleaning, we found smth like cookie dust under service papers in the room. But overall room looked very clean. 2) We couldn't find any information about wifi password in the room.

The overall experience was great! 1) Check in: very fast 1 min, friendly staff! 2) The room was at a high floor, so the window view was great. 3) 2 hours in spa is included, the spa is new and well equiped. 4) The bed and bedding are new, clean and comfortable.

Water switcher in the shower was falling off, and we had no kettle on the room although full kitchen was there. No way to make tea or coffee but for some reason you can cook a steak, doesn’t make sense. Spa was crowded, and not very cleaned, half of spa facilities were not working properly - jakuzzi, one of the saunas. Water in the pool very high in chloride, eyes start to hurt even without going in there, I think it is not safe for kids. Also water too much warm. Breakfast was messy, pieces of food everywhere over buffet.

It wasnt clean, everything was dusty :(. When we were sleeping in bedroom there was some sort of machine noise I could barely sleep, felt like it was in the closet. Someone of the staff unlocked and randomly went in our room in the afternoon, she was confused when saw us there. It wasnt cleaning time, which was also confusing for me, so I felt little unsafe. Pool was crowded.

It had everything we needed, breakfast was great, we had little kitchen and living room in our apartment - which is important with an infant. Location was just minutes walk from old town and lake. Everything was new.
