We asked for a room with balcony and we did't get one even though on booking.com there was balcony as a room facility... Slow service of drinks during the dinner. The card that we took from the reception for the kids room didn't work

We had technical remark in our apartment 1201 so the problem was with drainage grid inside shower cabine and because there is no appropriate leveling of the floor towards drainage the water is coming out of the cabine while you are getting shower

They have perfect spa zone with very clean swimming pool and saunas

nice apartment, well equipped, in the new building, close to the spa center. spa, with a couple of saunas & steam bath. amazing, gorgeous view from saunas & rest room. absolutely beautiful jelena was a nice host our pet/dog enjoy our accommodation, too

Didnt got room I reserved, but luckily bigger and better room was available so I got apartment for same price of one room.

- WiFi was not working in our room and I have to go to the lobby every time I needed to do something on the Internet - Cleaning ladies did not clean our room if not specifically told so, they only changed towels. After 2-3 days of not cleaning the floor (it was all in mud from the snow) I addressed the reception and only after that the floor was wept. The bathroom has not been cleaned even once during our 8-night stand!

Apartmant was not that equiped. There is possibility to cook, but no suitable dishies. Also, there was no dish soap, so you need to wait for stuff to wash it. Gym is well equiped, but half of it is out of function.

The check-in - terrible welcome! Unhelpful, moody, lazy employee at the desk who gives you wrong info! The hotel is like a war bunker with endless halls and no windows, feels like trapped in a cage - finding your way and your room is impossible, you waste your time wandering around looking for your room, the reception desk, the restaurant, and there is no one to help you or give you directions since you can hardly find any employee or manager.

Good food, spacy and comfortable apartment. Nice spa!

I had booked earlier for 4 adults standard room initially. Then after a few days I received an email saying that I can upgrade to a superior room with balcony and mountain view for a nominal price which I opted for. Little did I notice that after the upgrade the number of guests had reduced to 3. The hotel was very accommodating but it was an unnecessary confusion. Please try to rectify these mistakes. Thanks
