“Great location, very comfortable, nice on-site restaurant and well-trained staff.
We especially liked the high ceilings of our room and the spacious comfy bed.
This hotel is a rare find for a small Russian city. Definitely recommended.”
“I love these big old Communist-era hotels. My stay was great; the room was spacious enough for one person, but the best part was the balcony overlooking Lenin and the cable car. Breakfast was copious and pretty good, lots of fresh fruit and jams, and worth getting for the location alone - the old ballroom, which is fabulously kitsch. There was the possibility to book excursions (which I didn't) and various eating and drinking options (that I also didn't take advantage of). The hotel is very central, and is walkable from the bus station.”
