Nothing. I like the convenience of walk distance from the airport and the restaurant and all facilities available in the hotel

The room was perfect and a lot quieter than I thought it would be. I did not use the shuttle as I enjoy the walk to and from the airport. Facilities in the hotel is perfect for my requirements

The receptionist was not very nice on check-in but when answered on phone - the other way around - very nice. The room was quite old fashion, not ideally clear but for the price it was fine.

Great location just a few minutes to the airport. Transfer in a mid of the night was coming every 15 minutes. Sauna, the restaurant is open almost 24/7. Early breakfast was ok but most important that it was possible to eat at 4 am.

The hotel was so close to the airport. The shuttle service was fantastic for getting to the airport and for getting back and forth to get our COVID testing done. Our room was big, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Furniture in rooms are a little outdated, room keys doesn't work to open the gym door so need to go and ask reception each time... Daily shopping is not possible; only option is to go to airport terminal building.

Nicely located, pretty easy to reach airport (10-15 min by walk), serves all three meals daily with very reasonable fixed price and all-you-can-eat (Swedish Table in Russian) which is not very common in Moscow. It has a nice and clean gym, with a pretty nice sauna.

Distance from the actual airport very miss leading. No way 500 metres only if you could fly! Because of the road lay out the shuttle takes 15 minutes to reach the terminal. Extra time has to be considered for being in time for check in!! Receptionist in the morning very off putting and not interested in providing information or assistance. . . . Should be Sacked as her conduct very harmful to the hotel.

I was waken up by a nock in the door at 3:30 am by another guest who was assigned my room by mistake, that is fine mistakes do happen, but I did not receive even a phone call from hotel staff with explanation and apology. I have to call the front desk to figure out what is going on and only then they apologized, not a professional behavior.

The rate of price,comfort and convenience, it is a good place for overnight stay.

Room was starting to show signs of age but was clean.

The location is great and only a 10 minute walk from the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle which is ideal if you have lots of luggage. Value for money, this hotel is good. Yes, it is a little worn in some areas of the rooms. But I found the staff on reception were friendly. And the likelihood is , you are booking this hotel because you have a long layover and don't want to spend the night in the terminal. In which case this hotel is great.

Spacious room, has all needed for a night stay, pleasant restaurant downstairs. There's a shuttle that will take you to/from airport. Overall nice, quiet and clean.

Shower door was broken, toilet inside looked dirty need some bleaching and the sink too.

We had lovely breakfast, you can eat as much as you want around 7 pounds per person. Good selection. Gym was OK. Had sauna.
