It seem there not enough maids for the number of rooms and floors in the hotel. Sometimes the maid came very late for making up room like 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon. So it is quite hard to determine the time you should come back to the hotel after each day travelling.

The location is good. The hitel is located near metro stations and bus stops. It's very convenient to travel to other places in Moscow. The staffs are nice and polite.

Food offered in the room service was quite bad: portions were minuscule and prices way too high. I felt ripped off. Some members of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others not so. Ladies in the room service were absolutely lovely: very attentive, very helpful and pleasant. Front desk staff, on the other hand, offered poor service. I was shocked when a lady working at the reception refused to order me a taxi. She was very abrupt, borderline rude. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. I think the management needs to invest into training to familiarize the staff with best practices in hospitality.

Very good location in proximity to Vnukovo airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, the internet worked perfectly. It was very warm. The room was cleaned daily, water, coffee and tea topped up daily.

At the hotel's restaurant we were asked to pay for breakfast in cash. No cards, no "on the room" charge. Strange arrangement.

There was a Table with a sharp metallic edge, my son hit his leg on it severally. If possible such should be removed or replaced with a soft edge table for greater comfort. Had to be carefully moving around to not hit my leg myself

The hotel arranged for a taxi to pick me up upon arrival.During my stay I visited a bar which was a scam. They overcharged my credic card.I reported the case to the reception manager Anestesia and she helped me out. Am gratefull for her help, understanding and politeness.Will definately visit again.

The basic rooms are small, but the costly ones are very good. Being a 4 star hotel, only some of the staff speaks english. The staff does not smile or stay happy, don't understand why.

The breakfast is good with a lot of variety. If you get a high floor room you will get a good view. The hotel is spacious and at a good location where you will find almost all shops and malls nearby at walking distance. I just think that the hotel was OK. Nothing more than that. 5 out of 10.

Just a normal 3 star hotel! The staff are so unfriendly and cold. Don't expect any good feeling during check-in and check-out. It is more like a pass control than a hotel reception. We got no information about WiFi password, details about facilities and so on. Rooms are not clean and it looks really old. Breakfast is simple and in the last hour, some foods are not available anymore. Facilities like swimming pool are not included in price which is way weird for a 4star hotel.

The room was cool and I even got sick. The ac were turned off. I requested a certain room but on arrival my request weren’t met. The receptionist wasn’t polite at all.

I often travel to this hotel because of it’s convenience. So , I’m just comfortable with the location.

I was given a room with old style , stained carpets and when I complained I was given another room the next day which they made me pay for the ‘change request’ and in the new Room temperature was too hot I had to open ac while snowing outside , despite my complaint no one came to adjust it . And when I switched on ac there was water dripping from it Some of the staff didn’t speak English No mini bar Only Russian tv channels Overall a poor experience bfast was not included but I had a pick and what I saw didn’t please me and didn’t want to pay extra for it. Gym was with extra pay For a so called 4star hotel I wouldn’t recommend it

The hotel was very-very old. The room was extra-small. The breakfast was awful.

The only advantage of this hotel was the price. And only after our arrival I understood the reason of law cost.

My room had a weird smell, the staff inspected it and in fact found nothing wrong. However I could feel the lack of fresh air in the room. I am not sure if the other rooms were better off. The bed and couch were a but uncomfortable, were too soft for the back.

The Location was excellent. The bust stop was just outside the hotel. Restaurants, groceries, banks all very close. The buffet breakfast was grand and very good. loved the varieties . The room was big, the carpets were neat . The common laundry room was good and very useful. Cleaning staff were good. The lobby provided a good seating area, an alternative location to meet colleagues and work.

In reception before me was just person bud I waited 55 minutes for checking in!! When I told the reception girl Tatiana why so long ? She shouted at me and told if you speak one more word I make you Waite more half hour!!!
