The property does not take you to registrations. It is against Russian Immigration Law. The property will give you an address of for you to go register yourself. It is hard to find. When you get there, those people will charge you lots of money for registration. Lots! Thankfully my friend took me to register at the Russian Post Office. Cost only 6 collars.

    Property is decently clean.

Best place to stay in Saint Petersburg! My favourite so far.

Location is a bit far from the main street, but it is Ok. No soap in the shower. No light in the room only bedlight. Rooms could be more soundproof from the corridor but it was not a problem.

Clean room and bathroom. Hot water was present. Kitchen with water cooler. Bathroom is not crowded. Friendly and helpful staff. Towels and sheets are in the price. Comfortable bed.

Photos of the kitchen are old and misleading. There is only a kettle and microwave, no cutlery, plates, bowls, pots or pans.

    Had secure parking.

The closest metro station is a half hour walk, the room was very smelly, stained carpet, mattress literally had springs poking my body, slow internet. You get to share the building with a ton of teenagers.

It was quite inexpensive and relatively close to a couple of attractions. I have nothing else positive to say about this place.

The mattress is a failure, not very comfortable. Some noise is irritating but well, it is still not far from the City center and St.-Petersburg doesn't sleep during white nights.

The building is just near the embankment, so, you won't miss the opening of the bridges. Apart from World famous Hermitage or St. Isaac Cathedral, there are many smaller places of interest not far such as Yusupovsky palace, Mariinsky Theather, famous Bridge of Kisses, the house of Raskolnikov (the hero of Dostoevsky's "Crime and Punishment) or "Seven bridges place". In general location is great, especially if you are able to make 30 minutes walks... Car parking in the yard is definitely an advantage. The staff is nice. Toilets and showes are clean. May recommend this hotel to young visitors and especially for those who are not the first time in St-Petersburg and like walking.
