Jacuzzi and massage services didn't work. Saunas were separate for men and woman which is bad for couples

The breakfast was very ordinary, not anything to get excited about at all. The bar closed earlier than expected. The restaurants are very impersonal which is a shame because both looked nice.

The location is excellent and let's you straight onto one of the main metro hubs. The rooms were spotless and charming. Lobby area has a nice fountain and the bar is very pleasant. Check in simple and efficient, visa invitation was done for us. This made a big job very easy so would return for that alone.

Acoustique, sometimes I could hear noisy guests nearby at night.

Excellent loction, services at the hotel. The room is very spacious which is so rare nowdays. Very comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Thin walls, one can hear next room guests talking and other noises, we couldn't sleep well coz of this.

The pool was closed during my stay, but this was the Moscow lockdown week, so wasn’t hotels fault

Location is great - Kievskaya subway station 3 mins walk away. Arbat and the business center (Moskva City) are also accessible by foot, if you are up for a short walk. Rooms with the view on the river are only 900 rubles/night extra from the standard rate, I believe, and may be worth it for you

Would be nice to have stuff help to meet me at the door, since I had so many bags and nobody was there to meet me. Security guard was looking at me all the time, but haven't done anything, didn't call a door man. At the time of checking out, we were almost forced to push the trolley with bags out of the hotel, ourselves, as we were late to airport, but the door man wasn't anywhere near, and other stuff was busy doing other things, checking in guests and didn't mind us anxiously walking up and down searching for help. I don't know who's pripority is most important, those guests who checks in or those to check out? Those who check out are probably more important as they might have to go to airport or train stations. I regularly stay at this hotel. And always same issues with help on arrival. So I was trying to stay in different types of rooms, assuming that my luxurious room can assure me having me no trouble with getting help. But, during my last stay in September I had Presidential suit, and no, nothing changed.

We meet a few friends in the restaurant which hasn't seen us a couple year. one of them female want short to go up with me because i was having a present for her in my room, but the guard on the elevator blocked her like a postiute. may use some one better there which can tax people and don't mess up a business women with a prositute.

in the room is just all perfect, from the gardine in the shower over the minibar, bed use. particular the view is nice to the river.

Mask policy. Many guests didn't wear masks even if they were supposed to.
