They should easily replenish tea/coffee sachets in the room.

I had a very comfortable stay and was pretty satisfied with the facilities and the cleanliness. The housekeeping lady of the 7th floor was a sweetheart. I liked everything about the hotel. However, given the amount I was paying for each day, I expected them to atleast give tea/coffee sachets and water bottle everyday. Location of the hotel was very nice.

I can't complain at all but the one thing I just didn't understand - is two single blankets on the bed and it wasn't so comfortable sometimes cause it's not that wide, I prefer the big one :)

Actually I didn't know what to expect from this place in the beginning but later when I've checked all the information and feedback I've decided to stay in this hotel but still I didn't expect much cause some feedbacks may vary you know. But when I arrived I've changed my opinion right away, the staff was nice and the girl at the reception even found a room for me some time in advance before check in time so I could go out for a meeting with no rush. The room is pretty nice and clean and there's everything you might need except toothbrush and toothpaste but it's not a big deal. Breakfasts are much better than I expected and I really liked it cause it was enough to eat in the morning and be full until evening!

Just one thing surprised me that once I made continuation of my stay for another day. I made booking with breakfast on booking.com but surprisingly I had to pay at breakfast because my booking wasn’t showing breakfast inclusion.

I travelled along with my mother for a business purpose and choose this hotel for couple of days randomly on booking.com because of its location but once I reached to hotel I saw it’s a very clean place & all the COVID guidelines are been followed. After check in I got completely amazed by comfortable mattresses & very cozy temperature (it was cold days of September when usually heating system doesn’t work at most of the places). I normally check in only in 5 stars but due to location I book this place and I must say, it’s a complete worth of a money I paid. In fact I stayed for another day just to get myself more relax from my hectic two days work. Breakfast is extremely rich & never below any standards of a 5 star property. Just because of hotel size & due to some of missing 5 star norms this hotel is not having 5 stars but as a frequent traveller & blogger I must admit that I’ll stay in this place for money, comfort, location, food.

The breakfast was just the same during our 6 day stay (still it was good). We stayed 3 days in one room suite, and 3 days in two-room suite. The one room seems to be even more spacious.

Great option. Metro is located 3 min away. Good breakfast.

A true seaside vibe: bright room decor, marine colors of the hotel interiors. Very clean room, and bathroom. Large parking area. The buffet breakfast was great, very large choice of dishes, including some fresh fruit and veggies. Was enough for me to make it through the whole day :)

We stayed as a group of 6 for 10 nights at this hotel (business trip). The hotel was selected by the organizer of the trip on the basis of "price / quality". We all got clean and tidy rooms (bedroom + living room) for a nice price. In the very first days, 3 of us started having problems with the bathroom: there was a smell from the sewer. After a few days of persistent odor on the weekend, I tried to ask to correct the situation with the smell of sewage (this is a nauseous acrid smell of sewage). In response to my request, I was immediately offered to change the number.I had no time to move, I was fully confident that the problem would be solved instantly. For another 4 days until the departure, I asked the administrators of each shift to fill out an application and fix my bathroom. There are no applications/ tickets, no one fixed anything until the departure. My male colleagues turned out to be wiser than me: they did not even try to communicate with the hotel. Just asked the organizer not to check them in this hotel anymore. In addition to massive problems with general communications, the hotel has a problem with the staff. This point deserves a separate mention. There are always scandals at the reception. The staff is not that unfriendly, they directly hate guests. In response to my appeals, no one was surprised or worried. Then it became clear why: the hotel has big problems with communications (sewage, electricity, elevator). This is an old hotel built by the Soviet authorities in a hurry for the Olympics. One of the hotel buildings has been renovated, the rest are in the process of being renovated. But the renovation is of an external visual character. All internal "stuffing" is old, faulty. Hence the smell of sewers, constant power outages, people stuck in the elevator. Although visually the hotel looks fresh. And one more important point: when we checked out, it turned out that my ring had disappeared.

Value for money, clean rooms, freshly renovated, proximity to the subway, large number of rooms (there are always plenty of free rooms, convenient for group trips).

not clean room, they won't refill shampoo or cream every day. floor was not clean! water bottle was complimentary only when checked in. breakfast was okay but the same EVERY DAY. go eat somewhere else
