EstoniaActually, the only drawback was, that there were plenty of construction works at the entrance of the hotel, that’s why taxis weren’t able to come to the entrance, which is vey uncomfortable, provided, that there was heavy rain all the time))
I liked the hotel. This is the case, when you get what you plan to get without any surprises. Everything is like everywhere in the world. Nice simple rooms, quite nice breakfast, nice comfortable bed.

The receptionist Marina is outstanding, concierge Tatiana is highly knowledgeable local lady, always providing outstanding services. The staff is fully compliant wuth anti COVID measures .

This is my last time to SPB, and I still choose this hotel as usual. This is my best hotel in SPB because of the location, price and friendly staff. The room is spacious, bright, and quietly. Facilities are completed. So many restaurants and markets around the hotel. I had so many memories here these years, I love this city and I love Novotel :)

Russia1) You should fix the elevators. We waited one for 10-15 minutes, it’s quite strange for a building with less than 10 floors. 2) We booked a superior twin room. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that in fact it’s a standard room. The reason is that different terminology is used on Booking.com. May be you should make it alike so people don’t get confused?
