Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

This hotel was amazing. Absolutely brilliant location. We were a family of 11 with an elderly mother in a wheelchair and 2 young children. The access to the women’s entrance was so close that we all were able to independently attend the masjid when it suited. Food places all around . We didn’t opt for the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Wheelchair provided . Staff always pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again if I am blessed to return inshallah

I would say maybe the breakfast is not that good but still delicious
Everything was amazing and the staff was lovely and helpful with everything I loved it wallah Was clean too The food was okay The location is very close to the haram and for the price is fair Also they have a service for parking ur car and it’s really amazing staff

Honestly, nothing.
All the staff is very interested to help you in all the ways possible, specially the reception lady, operator and housekeeping. A wide selection of Breakfast buffet menu. Property is well maintained and very clean. The beds are comfy and quite wide beds. Location is super convenient

Room service food quality is not up to standard. The one who received my call recommended meat kabsa which tasted so bad and the quality of meat was terrible. Never tried like this before. I urge the management to investigate this issue.

Close to haram, friendly staff. They even extend my check out on my request.

We had an extremely pleasant experience at Dar Aleiman. The staff were hospitable and accommodating. The hotel has lovely decor and ambience. The hotel has leads on to gate 39 of Masjidun Nabawi which allows for easy access to womens entrance 25. A shoutout to Md Rabbi, who provided us with meticulous care and always presented with a smile and helpful attitude.

The elevator was slow. And the light of the button on mezzanine floor was not working

For communication improvement, being frequently available on Booking to reply in an acceptable time to chat questions or demands would be a plus.
- Good location for visiting Al Haram. - The staff are friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mrs. Leena from the reception disk / duty manager for her professionalism and her help to make our stay comfortable. - Room amenities are complete with extra stuff that you don’t need to call to have. Some hotels recently even stopped providing them. A great plus for this hotel. - Spacious room and good view.
