Canada- huge place with 25+ floors and it’s a large building so expect a huge crowd! - uber or Careem don’t come to this place as it is a gated resort - nothing to help for umrah: no conferences, guides, book or help in any sort - breakfast buffet place is half for Indonesian groups and they also have dedicated line to call - lady during check-in didn’t tell me about restaurant or anything as I was new and needed information- she was just in a hurry and missed to provide information (for example where I can dine in the hotel)
Clean rooms and clean hallways and lobby. The breakfast area is huge with half of it for Indonesian pilgrims. The place is literally about 20 mn max by walk to Masjid Al-Haram which is a huge advantage compared to so many places in Makkah. - the lady during check-in upgraded me to a nice view room to see Masjid El Haram so I’m so grateful

My experience was fantastic. I was allowed to check in early and even received a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of Masjidil Haram. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very close to Masjid Haram. Just one road seperating hotel from being in Haram. Hotel is a bit far from Kaaba but its a part of Haram as a whole. Staff, breakfast, services, bed, everything was 5 star. The price is much better than hotels in clock tower. Also the rush of clock tower is not there

United StatesThey have a couple of towers, I picked haram view room, you don't see Kaaba, but you see Haram gates. You can't leave your luggage on the tower I stayed in, you've to carry it to the other tower lobby, which is interesting.
