breakfast do not have so much continental options, there were no fresh fruits in the breakfast, this was the 3rd 5star hotel of my this Ummrah trip, and i rate it on the bottom as for as breakfast options are concerned

They upgraded me to the Haram view, the location was also very good

- huge place with 25+ floors and it’s a large building so expect a huge crowd! - uber or Careem don’t come to this place as it is a gated resort - nothing to help for umrah: no conferences, guides, book or help in any sort - breakfast buffet place is half for Indonesian groups and they also have dedicated line to call - lady during check-in didn’t tell me about restaurant or anything as I was new and needed information- she was just in a hurry and missed to provide information (for example where I can dine in the hotel)

Clean rooms and clean hallways and lobby. The breakfast area is huge with half of it for Indonesian pilgrims. The place is literally about 20 mn max by walk to Masjid Al-Haram which is a huge advantage compared to so many places in Makkah. - the lady during check-in upgraded me to a nice view room to see Masjid El Haram so I’m so grateful

Great Food. Great Location. Great Breakfast Maa Shaa Allah. Great Chefs. Speedy Room Service and Housekeeping. Speedy check-in and courteous reception staff. If you leave the room when the azan starts, you can get the Jamat - for both gents and ladies, In Shaa Allah Special Shout-out to the main man, the egg Chef Rashid. Definitely my go-to hotel for future Makkah stays In Shaa Allah

Getting an Uber or taxi directly from the hotel can be challenging; you'll need to walk to a nearby pickup point.

My experience was fantastic. I was allowed to check in early and even received a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of Masjidil Haram. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious.

No local restaurant or market in close proximity. Have to walk to clocktower area

The hotel is very close to Masjid Haram. Just one road seperating hotel from being in Haram. Hotel is a bit far from Kaaba but its a part of Haram as a whole. Staff, breakfast, services, bed, everything was 5 star. The price is much better than hotels in clock tower. Also the rush of clock tower is not there

A call I received less than an hour after my arrival to my room to check if everything is ok, I had just fallen asleep. That was unnecessary and disturbing call. Other than that, everyone was 🌟

They have a couple of towers, I picked haram view room, you don't see Kaaba, but you see Haram gates. You can't leave your luggage on the tower I stayed in, you've to carry it to the other tower lobby, which is interesting.

More Flexible for late check out upto Asar Prayers. May be add Asian breakfast few dishes. Addition of one Asian resturant can further add value.

Everything was perfect, Elham and others at the front desk were very cooperative. Nice breakfast, great view, clean room….can’t complain about anything… will stay there again!
