Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The hotel felt overpriced. The room was smaller in size and the room given to us, on the side of the road, so , it ca be tricky with all the horns and everything from the road while sleeping. The location was ok, and it takes 10SAR to go to haram, however, its not true all the time, specially when you return after isha prayer, it can get trick to get a taxi and we had to pay 25-30 SAR one occasion and it was kind of everyday. Toilet did not have any curtain or glass door to separate from the shower and toilet area, it was big in size, however, due to absent of the above, water would spill everywhere while having shower, bad design Last but not the least, the reception, not able to speak English at all. You are dealing with international delegates, expecting everyone would understand and speak Arabic is too much, eventually they understand but you have already spent 5-10 mins in explaining a small thing. they should be much more spontaneous in English
Breakfast was good with verities of items.

The food was bad. Milk was old and smelt bad 2 days in a row. We asked them to clean the rooms the entire stay but they never did. It was horrible. They never checked us in on time and we waited nearly 1.5h. Never staying here again.

Wish there was a shuttle bus, water heater was not hot and for the breakfast more items should be included in the buffet.

The location is a bit far away from haram so a shuttle bus would be great. And they could provide microwave in the rooms to warm up food
I like the cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. Had an amazing stay Alhamdulillah. Will definitely come back here if we come back to Saudi again ansha Allah.

The staff was unprofessional and rude specially at the reception. Had to find another hotel at 3:00 am as they refused to entertain us even though the booking was confirmed.

I booked a quadruple room but every thing in the room for 2 including water hot drinks slipperres shampoo and soap and when you talk two the the reception they mention that it is a hospitality from th e hostel. I understand if it is included in what is present in the facility of the room during booking is not a hospitality but I paid for it. The breakfast is so simple doesn’t worth paying for it with no refill if you come after 8 am

There has to be shuttles to and from Alharam, its a long walking distance (15 minutes)

The hotel needs to provide its own free bus service to Masjid Al Haram maybe increase the price up by extra £10. Besides that, you can pay about 10-20 riyals maximum, depending on traffic, which is approximately 2-4 UK pounds, so it was a cheap fare."
This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Makkah. It should be on par with the Hilton Hotel. Absolutely clean - 10/10. It should be rated as a 4-star hotel. I think it would be a 5-star hotel if they had more breakfast choices. I hope they continue to maintain their cleanliness and service.

Breakfast was nice and traditional however a more diverse Breakfast would of been nice, room cleaning is only at request so we had to ask everyday for the rooms to get cleaned.
We was welcomed very well and hotel was well kept and new. The location is also very good the haram is a 20 minute walk or 6 min drive there are laundry and food shop near the hotel overall we had an amazing time.

Everything was excellent. Staff was very professional and respectful. Room was clean and was being serviced when you requested. I mean it was an extra ordinary experience. Thank you Three Point Musalli for a wonderful experience. I will stay there again and again whenever I visit Makkah. I want to mention Bellboy/doorman Jahid Ballman, He was extremely helpful in arranging my transportation to and from Makkah to Madinah. Thank you Jahid.
