Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The AC sound with soooo loud, it was really annoying and no shuttles, The Haram was around 10 to 15 mins walk but its uphill. The bed was also a bit small i was alone, so wouldve been nice if there were rooms with 1 king/queen beds
Everything was nice and clean, the staff was chill, the room was really clean. I was afraid of bed bugs but honestly everything was nice.

Rooms are a bit dated, but the location makes up for it.
Walking distance from Masjid Al Haraam, shorter route via Hotel Anjum. Very pleasant and friendly staff, in particular housekeeping staff, Front of House, Shahid super helpful, thank you.

The room service person Shawon really looked after me and my family for both of our rooms. He was very efficient and caring and very helpful. Hotel was great and staff all round polite and helpful. Will go again for sure.

The staff
I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive specially “Mohammed and Hamada”, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect, and the service truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

The old look of the room. It has no chairs at all. You have to keep setting on the bed
The hotel is good and not far from the Haram at Makkah. The only thing is most of the rooms are with single beds. They joined two beds to make a large bed. This was not comfortable.

I am a heavy person so toilet space was too narrow for me. But for skinny/medium person, it would be fine.
An excellent hotel with only 10 minutes walk to the Masjid AlHaram. Amin looked after us and he was brilliant, professional and always helpful with a smile. Big room, good breakfast arrangement in the room, Chilled AC and comfortable beds. Everything was perfect about the room. Friendly staff and supportive management. 100% recommended. I will definitely stay here next time.

Although close to the Haram, it is a steep hill that you have to walk. If you have walking issue, please bear that in mind. Other than that, it was perfect!
The hotel was well located. Within 15 minutes walk from the Haram, sometimes less than that. The personnel was lovely and hard working. Maynal was very kind and always gave us what we needed.

I suggest to perfume the rooms more...smells a bit stuffy.
I wouldn't recommend it for Senior individuals because of the hill you have to walk up, but what a great location, always smelling great as you enter, would love for the rooms to be perfumed with the same as the hotel, great location, comfortable beds and friendly staff!

Location was a bit far but was just about manageable as it was just me, I would not recommend if you are with family or elderly as on your way to the haram you have to walk up a hill and when you are coming back. If you have elderly or family please pay a bit more and stay closer to the Haram and you can thank and pray for me later
The room was very nice and it had everything you needed - even had a pair of slippers for the bathroom (some proper slippers not the cloth ones)
