Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

nobody came to take my luggage at checkout when requested.. I carried it out myself. also parking per day is 50 sar.

The buffet breakfast was not bad. However, when I stayed at the same hotel 6 months ago, there was an omelette table in the breakfast room, this time it was removed. We asked the waiter for eggs in a frying pan, he asked the chef, the chef asked the manager, and when he said yes, we were able to eat eggs as we wanted one day. It would be good for both the guests and the hotel if they put a table in the breakfast room where eggs are made to order, and they would prevent waste.

In one room the shower drain wasn’t working properly, however the staff were helpful if getting it cleared up when we reported it. And some times the hot water took a while in the shower but otherwise no problems.
Great location if you are visiting with family and need a place near Masjid Nabwi. Staff were very helpful and rooms were comfortable as well.

The staff at the front desk were rude. Being in hospitality industry, they need to be a bit more courteous and polite.
Excellent location, specially the access to the women section of the Masjid and access to the Rawda.

Needs renovation, bathroom requires updating/renovation. Room cleaning could be done better. Curtains need replacing. The digital touch is a great feature but needs to work. I had a great stay.
Room service was great, fast even during Ramadhan, always kept abs meet the time frame given. Lifts were always quick and held enough people. Room was of decent size for the capacity of room Staff were always helpful. Lobby was always clean. Check in was quick and hassle free. Bellboy on our exit Rahil was great Mr Ameer was very helpful with our room requirements. Easy to park outside the hotel to unload the car.

The carpet in room looks old. The wall paper very dull if changed the room will look more fresh and bigger.
The staff are very helpful, kind and professional starting from reception, housekeeping and waiters. Quick check in. Allowed delayed check out for free. Very nice hot water shower

The hotel rooms need major renovations, the decor and bedroom furniture of my room was so old, I think the last time the rooms were refurbished or decorated must have been 20-30 years at least!!!! For example, under the wallpaper you could see the plaster had cracks running from top to bottom of at least 2 walls...the bathroom sink had options for warm and hot water, but the shower was old style with bearable pressure, but unfortunately the maximum temperature was only for warm water, there was no option for a hot shower... In addition, the hotel room card key kept failing, it became embarrassing to go to the reception almost everyday to have it changed/fixed. The wi-fi on level 12 was simply non-existent...
All the staff, from housekeeping to reception were awesome. They were polite, professional, and very eager to help out and go beyond their normal duties. In particular, I would like to mention the janitors on floor 12, Mr. Kabir Ahmed & Mohammed Rajeeb (I apologize in case I got your name wrong), they were very professional and hardworking, especially considering it was the end of Ramadan and our stay included the Eid holidays...Gentlemen, thank you, for all your help!
