The shower are is narrow if your wight is more than 100 kg you will not be comfortable maybe it’s only the room I got not sure .

The staff are outstanding everyone was so kind and cooperative especially the receptionist

I think the pillows was a bit high so my neck started to hurt. Staff then gave me lower ones

Hotel management was so cooperative and they let ys stay till 3 pm even though check out time was 12. They also kept our belongings after checkout

I really enjoyed my stay at Jayden hotel. From the reception, i met Abdurrahman, a very nice gentleman who upgraded my suite instantly at no additional cost, with all smiles. The rooms were really comfy and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

The guest WiFi was very disappointing.

The concierge staff and room cleaner was extremely helpful and good mannered. Impressed. Unlike other places, the staff did not embarrass us, by asking for money at every opportunity and encounter. The breakfast was excellent. Would be great, if hotel provided a sightseeing service.

Nothing, it was all above our expectation.

My 3rd stay here and as always exceeded the expectations in terms of services and facilitation I.e. concierge, reception staff, restaurant and cleaning boys, all were very helpful and always smiling. It will be unfair I don’t specifically mention the Mr. Abdullah Mohammed who helped us in many ways to make our stay extremely comfortable. He checked us in early (we reached hotel way early due to flights timing). Not only that, he arranged a next door room for our kids with upgraded number of beds and also made early breakfast arrangement for us, as we were supposed to check out in the evening that means, missing the next day breakfast, already included in the room price. Thanks again for such a nice service and accommodation next to Haram♥️

Room size could have been better.

Great comfort and luxury. Five minutes to prophet mosque front side. Staff was well trained and attentive. Breakfast was awesome. Welcome dates and coffee at the entrance were relaxing. Cleanliness of rooms and fast response to room services. It was my third stay and the hotel continues to remains up to my expectation. Must stay with family.

Disappointed with the view looking so close at the back of another building so kept the curtains closed for the duration of the stay. On occasions the AC randomly let out a garlic smell for a minute - not sure why? Room was on the smaller side.

We were greeted at the entrance and provided with welcome drinks. Check in was quick and our room was ready. The room was clean with all basic amenities provided. Distance to Masjid was no more than 3 minute walk. Breakfast was great!

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
