the swimming pool heater is not working, bathroom facilities are probably not working, and the electricity outlet is not suitable for most commonly used phones or chargers

the location is fine, the room size is very suitable for family, and the staff is acceptable, parking is available

Apologies for marring an otherwise flawless review. The power outlets are of a type that most guests arriving from within Saudi Arabia might not expect. Please see pic. Plugging in the standard 3 pin (flat pins) mobile or laptop charger is a likely issue. There is a power strip near the TV in the hall though. I normally travel with a multi pin /multi region travel adapter and also adapter plugs and could find a way to plug in the phone charger near the bed. May I suggest that the hotel provide at least a couple of adapters in the bedroom and the hall. These don't cost much and also the chances of guests walking away with them are remote because they would literally be of no use elsewhere.

After a couple of hectic workweeks we came to Jubail to unwind. Had a relaxed weekend stay in this wonderful property with old world charm. Excellent location just 50m odd meters from the Jubail Corniche. The hall and room were spacious, but the highlight of the suite was the spacious balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with electric stove , microwave ,washer/dryer, full size refrigerator and some basic cooking vessels. Breakfast buffet was nice. Parking is plentiful and easily available even on the weekend. Public beaches are a few minutes ride away. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. All in all an excellent place for a short stay. The suite with sea facing balcony is recommended. Would love to visit this property again in the near future.

I ordered a 6-person suite, and the first and second time there were only 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator, and the third time there were only 3 bottles of water. This is a room for six people, although we only have three people. Is the 5-star hotel so economical with drinking water? If it's a single room, I don't have any complaints about 2 bottles of water. But in a room with six people, at least six bottles of water. What if we have six people? How do you divide three bottles of water? Take three bottles out of the refrigerator and let the remaining three people wait for you for a few minutes to deliver them? Your hotel is not joking, is it

The previous interior of the Hotel lounge was very unique. It had antiques and historical pictures. Now they are changing the interior.

Location is excellent. All major restaurants nearby. Festivity around the hotel.

Wi-Fi connection was poor in some areas for the room. AC set was freezing cold with no option to increase temperature or turn it off.

Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room. Conveniently located. They provide an excellent transportation service to the industrial area in Jubail.

The indoor pool is not available.

We like the vibe of new renovated reception and lobby, it looks classy now unlike before that it is dark and feels like you are in a museum though missing the old looks having the vintage cars and other pieces in the lobby. The entrance now is very bright. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and their kitchen is well-maintained.

Property is not maintained and no value for Money. It is finest design and location but from entering into Room 134 was disaster.
