Beautiful design of rooms, good quality of kitchen and hall and washrooms, and calm and nice behavior of all receptionists. Location is also great, mall and supermarket are nearby

Place isn't particularly special, definitely wouldn't stay here if looking for nicer accommodation as its very simple, however it served its purpose well for me and if you aren't looking for higher end accommodation then this is fine.

Good value for money. works well as simple crash pad for a quick trip to Jeddah. Cafe's and some other shops nearby (walking distance). seemed clean, staff were friendly, provided bottled waters and coffee machine in the lobby (simple stuff but for a cheap place was good).

Well, very cozy place - perfect for Families or solo traveller with roomy option - i stayed 8 nights & extending another 5 days, lovely staff ,: room service just out of the world - very helpful and smiling all time, also front desk are fantastic

Sofas are stained, shower had molds,first night, there was only one face towel and one bath towel.we had to ask for second pair. Next day,we left the clean up sign outside the door, yet when we came back around 11pm , cleaning stuff was at our door about to start the cleaning . There were also some mosquitos .

We like that rooms are specious.

Although I was very excited after reading all the reviews, our experience was not that good. The room that was given to us felt very old and dirty. the desk chair was wobbly and needed fixing. The AC was pointing straight at our faces, so it was uncomfortable most of the time asleep, especially when it was cooling (it was either very cold or humid when it was not cooling). The sofas and coffee table were overused and mostly dirty, you can easily see dirt spots all over the place. The hot water in the bathroom needs over 2 minutes of running to start becoming warm and worse it becomes cold too fast, the tank probably empties fast. There was also a very strange smell in the lobby and corridors leading to the room, though they tried their best to cover up the smell by passing around Bukhoor (local scent defuser). The door keys would stop working twice a day for no reason, so I would have to go back and activate them once or twice a day. The WiFi was very spotty and kept disconnecting on both our phones and laptops. Generally, we aren't very picky with our choices, and with the hundreds of bookings I've made through the years, our expectations were always met or exceeded., but this time the hotel felt very old with so much wear and tear all around, maybe we were given a bad room, but based on our honest experience, the hotel didn't meet our expectations, it genuinely felt like a 3-star old hotel at max.

The staff was very welcoming and mostly accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect and accessible. It was a very quiet area surrounded by key shops and easy to find for delivery apps. The price was very affordable and the rooms were spacious and had key facilities available as well.
