Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Onboarding process, the front staff was very helpful location, all basics amenities were nearby. City View in the apartment was good experience, I advise, to get the same, there is slightly price difference. For my they upgraded apartment free, since it was empty luckily. Walkable distance with Baljurashi theme parks. Overall, staying was good and comfortable.

The Elevator is very small.

The only thing to note is that there is only one restroom on my floor, but there may be a couple of restrooms available on other floors. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I
I had a wonderful stay at Al Tal Serviced Apartments. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the interior design was very pleasing and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the balcony – it made my mornings so much more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly

Accommodation is very good, there are no complaints..location is perfect everything is nearby and you get a mountain view and staff was very friendly . The only issue I had was there are not enough towels, shampoo for the people and I understand the hotel was full.

The only problem was the slow Internet connection 🙄 😒

One aspect I found a bit confusing was the elevator system or floor numbering. The reception was located on the third floor, while there were two basement levels that seemed out of sequence. It would be more intuitive if the floor numbering was adjusted, as this might help guests, especially those checking in for the first time, navigate the building more easily.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. It earned a solid five excellent points and four very good points from me. The apartment was well-suited for both couples and families, offering a spacious, comfortable, and quiet environment that felt like a real home away from home. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it convenient for our outings. What I particularly liked was the overall calmness, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay, which can be hard to find in busy areas. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and the apartment was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Bathroom is not up to the mark. Entire bathroom, especially shower cubicle is very small, Shower waterpressure is very less. No dry area & wet area separation. Toilet Flush button is damaged.

We had a nice experience overall and stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It has a balcony having a sitting area and an amazing view of the city. As the hotel is located on a hill so the experience of picturesque views and pleasant weather adds to the quality time spent in vacations. Rooms are equipped with hot & cold air conditioners, water geysers, and kitchen equipment & utensils.

Only one bathroom for 5 persons. Bad we're covered with plastic which made lots of noise during the whole night. No grocery shop near the hotel.
The apartment was brand new, clean and tidy. Nice scenery from the balcony. Large kitchen with all amenities.
