When we came second time from Medina, the room was too tiny and after I went to the reception I requested for the change the room that didn’t. And by mistake I booked extra two days and they didn’t refund. I asked for one day refund but they didn’t.

The location is a little bit far from Al haram. It would be perfect if the management facilitate us with golf cart to the nearest point of Alharam which is about 1.2 km.

from the location ka'aba, its around 20-30 minutes walk. If you go buy taxi, you have to take a long route which will cost you around SAR 20.

Near jannat mu'ala cemetery. Calm and decent location. Near by grocery shops are there. Good rooms as depicted in the picture. Washing machine available in the floor

It takes about 25 minutes to reach the haram entry point. No parking

The room was all clean and new fittings and furniture. They attended to a request to clean the room in no time. The bed was comfortable and washroom was well equipped with basic necessities. Nice view of Mualla cemetry

Towels were not changed during our stay. We had to take out the trash ourselves. Poor sound insulation, and the nearby road is quite noisy. The elevator bell is loud and can be disturbing at night.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the Haram. Cleanliness is well maintained. The staff is friendly, which is rare to find in Makkah. There is a mosque inside the hotel, which is a big plus.

The location is relatively far from the Haram. the bathroom was extremely narrow. I had booked a quadruple room for 1,000 SAR/night during the last days of Ramadan, but I was given a single room instead. Other than that, it is an acceptable place to stay.

The shower area was small and the water used to get clogged. However the room size was very good and so I can ignore the issue.

15 minutes walk from haram towards safa marwa extension. Room was neat. Receptionist was very helpful and gave me early checkout. It is located just next to Masjid e Jinn which is additional benefit in case someone wants to offer salah in Masjid at odd times to save energy for haram.

Based on the reviews we thought we could reach the Haram within 20 minutes walking distance. Well, technically, yes you reach the third expansion of the Haram within 20 minutes but you're going to be still quite removed from the core mosque, which will require another 20 minutes of walking. So if you're doing your Umrah, be prepared for longer walks. Fortunately, all the walks aren't steep. For reference: it can easily take you 45 minutes to reach, for example, the clocktower.

Everything went better than expected. The check-in was smooth, the room is spacious and very clean. The elevators are fast enough and even though the lobby seems small — you really don't need that much. Straightforward, everything just works and is clean.

I was there a short time but the bathroom didn’t dry well at all , possibly fan issues. The shower water wasn’t hot. The distance might not be ideal for families and taking a taxi wasn’t practical as there would still be 15 plus minutes of walking anyway.

Clean hotel , extremely friendly staff . As a solo traveller going at a busy time , the location was fine . It’s about 20 minutes to get to the extension part of the Haram ( I didn’t pray there as I only wanted to be close to the kabah) another 10 mins or so to get to the kabah.
