The hotel is very good in every aspect. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. At the reception, Mrs. Hanin was very welcoming and helpful. In housekeeping, Mr. Sujon did a great job, always meeting me with a smile and providing daily room service without fail. The HK Assistant Managers, Mr. Zahid and Mr. Azim Mahmud, were extremely supportive, and their communication skills were excellent. I would also like to give special thanks to the EHK Manager, Mr. Iftikhar, for his outstanding behavior and hospitality. Miaad Al Majd is truly a nice and clean hotel. They also provide parking facilities and the location is very convenient, being close to Haram.

10 minutes to the Haram, The room was nice and clean, the stuff were very great and polite, especially the two guys from the housekeeping department, Suzon ahmed, and Abdur rahman. we had a little conversation. I appreciate their kindness and how they were happy with their job.
