I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s just a 2-minute walk to Masjid Nabawi, which was incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience, would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent hospitality. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again

Their staffs are bit unfriendly, didn’t greet us warmly especially those at the counter. However the janitor and doorman are friendly whom i praise them for. I know Saudi didn’t boycott Starbuck but when they proudly announced that they serve the coffee in their hotel, they have shown that they are not sensitive to muslims (and non-muslims) who are supporting humanity.

The hotel is near to gate 312 which is about 350m.From the gate, my husband can go direct to door 7 and i need to walk a bit more to door 13 for ladies. The room is clean and well equipped with basic amenities. Iron is also available :)

The restaurant manager for breakfast was very arrogant, I asked him for coffee as the station was empty, he didn't even respond back to me and was angry and just asked one of the staff to help me without even smiling or talking or saying a word

stayed here for one night after coming from Makkah. I requested early check-in and the hotel kindly approved it, which was very helpful. The housekeeper, Muhammad Riyad, was extremely nice and took care of everything during my stay. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. I was also allowed to check out a bit late after Zuhr prayer, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The food was average. I expected better breakfast. The menu offered in the rooms said it was available 24/7, however the menu is not 24/7. I am ok with it being closed however, then it must not claim being available 24/7. There are many options available close to hotel, but at times with long journey, it is preferable the food can be served at the room.

Just ac is soo chilled and we are unable to increase temperature so sometime we have to switch off. And they shoukld keep soemthing in washroom to dry water because we cant every time after bath call house keeping to come and dry the floor.

Location ambiance and cleanliness. Staff was friendly and specialy 8th floor staff was very cooperartive take garbage on time and daily asked if you need anything or want to clean. MR RIYADH was very nice and greet everyone with a smile and whenever we asked him for housekeeping he come exactly on time. We always stay in mias from last 2 years. INSHALLAH next time we will stay in eight floor. Buffet breakfast was valued for money.

Clean hotel, 3 mins walk to ladies entrance of Masjid-E-Nabawi, lots ot food places (Pakistanis and teenagers friendly too). Staff are very helpful and not even once we had to ask for any help, as they were always one step ahead.

The reception and restaurant staff were quite rude, they would ignore you standing right in-front of them and did not bother trying to communicate in english with us so asking for basics became very difficult, luckily the cleaning staff were amazing, especially Alamin, really helpful and attentive unlice the reception staff

It was clean and nicely located by the mosque and inbetween both sides of the haram
