The shower water drain was slow that water was retained in the shower cabin 15-20 min. This is my third time and I experineced this problem for the first time.

I like the location that is close to restaurants and cafes. The lobi is very good to wait visitors. The reception was very kind and welcome us politly.

The time period was in Ramadan so the Sahur time is set to until 02:30 which is too early. I had some complaints about the room ( not working boiler, not working shower drain)

The location of the hotel is very close a main street. There a lot of cafe and restaurant choices. Because of Ramadan the breakfast was sent to room which was good. The iron and iron table is ready in the room. Staff directly and immediately interested on my complaints.

Everything and everyone was amazing, except for one short Indian gentleman at the breakfast....he would not smile. He would never greet, yet of a Person of the country walked in, he would loudly greet. Seemed like a sour racist person. However the Bangladesh guy that comes to clean my room is a 10/10, give him a promotion But the Breakfast staff are unpleasant and very miserable, makes having breakfast so unpleasant and unenjoyable.

The property has great potential, but there are a few areas for improvement to enhance the guest experience. The noise from the road was noticeable, as the glazing does not effectively block out sound. Additionally, while the kitchen facilities are functional, they are limited in some aspects. There is no kitchen sink or oven, and the kitchen heating top is only available in a few rooms. Expanding the appliances and addressing these limitations would significantly elevate the overall experience for guests.

The staff is exceptional—welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The property boasts a great location and is impeccably clean, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The bathroom. The hand shower was leaking, no hot water to bathe. In the breakfast, no tags were there to know the food. Even the staff at the counter were least bothered to explain. They were to themselves. Same staff to pickup the used dishes as well at the food counter.

The hotel is located in a prime location. The staff were very welcoming. Soothing aroma once you enter the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. All the facilities were top notch. The parking at the basement is good but not spacious

the bed was a little uncomfortable, 2 single beds attached together. hotel price is a bit high compared to the quality and service provided.

The location is great at the center of the city, with a busy street that goes on till past midnight with all shops and restaurants open . staff were very welcoming and friendly.swift check in process.breakfast is nice with variety of options.
