We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe did not have breakfast at the hotel, but on the day of checkout, I tried to get two cups of milk for my twin daughters. Not only did it cost more than usual, but it also took a long time to receive them. Additionally, the directions to the main hotel could be improved. We initially went to the suites and parked in the wrong area due to the guidance provided by the security staff at the gate.
The convenience of attending my VFS appointment, the staff's welcoming attitude and courtesy, especially the concierge and the overall ambience of the hotel.

AustraliaNothing to complain about - worth noting the hotel is located in a really busy district so there was always bumper to bumper traffic upon leaving the hotel...but once cleared it was still a good location.
Highly recommend this hotel - Rooms were large, clean and spacious, gym and pool facilities were great, room service was delicious and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were amazing, super friendly and courteous, offered great customer service where nothing was ever too hard really willing to go over and above to provide a great stay! Also central so most points of interest.
