Saudi ArabiaSlightly expensive. The sink in the bathroom is too deep in the vanity cabinet, for you have to bend a little too much. Also, the fridge takes a long time to cool things. The bathtub's drain was also blocked, and although we called the staff for help, they came only when we went down to the reception to complain.
Everything is just great. Nothing serious to complain about. 1. The view of Mountain Uhud was breathtaking, noting that the room we had chosen was actually of a Courtyard view and the WiFi was also really great. 2. The storage spaces were plenty and there were a lot of tabletop surfaces to keep things on. 3. The housekeeping was also very good. 4. The toilets were also very clean.

United Kingdomwhile we enjoyed our stay, I do feel the hotel itself is a bit dated and not quite worth the price, especially when compared to the hotel I stayed at in Makkah for the same rate, which was much more modern and offered better value. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast, again in comparison to what I experienced in Makkah. One thing to note is the late checkout policy — as my flight was at midnight, I asked to extend checkout from 2pm to 8pm, which cost 370 SAR. Personally, I felt that was a bit expensive
We stayed for 4 nights. All the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The WiFi worked well in every room, and the beds (pillows and duvets) were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, cleaned regularly, and water was always provided. Reception would even call to check up on us, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is also great – not far at all from the Masjid.

United KingdomSaja al madinah exceeded my expectations as we did not have the best experience in the 5* star hotel in Makkah. This hotel is deifnitely 5*. Very smooth process from the start friendly reception staff with swift check in. Would check in daily if anything was needed, quick house keeping service was needed. The reception staff and manager were amazing to support with queries etc. Look of the hotel was nice, very clean. Location was around 4 minutes to Haram, easy route and very accessible. Recommendations would be massage chairs in reception and a kids play are within the hotel. Would definitely recommend this friendly hotel for family bookings.

United KingdomCheck in process was long and receptionists were unresponsive. Pillows were hard to sleep with as so soft. Check out was pretty rushed but understandable during busy peak time and still allowed for us to stay till around 2 and keep bags in lobby till we left later.
Facilities were good, they got our room wrong and accommodated changes once informed. High quality amenities. Nice cleaning staff. Location is good in relation to the mosque.

Hotel is very nice with execellent rooms and service. The location is very close to the Haram with only a few minutes walk to the nearest gate. The one thing different about this hotel was that the hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very fluent English. They even called us twice to ask us if our stay was comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again.

The only downside was sometimes it took a while for services to come eg housekeeping and engineer we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room the ac kept getting too cold and you could not adjust the temperature as we could in the other rooms. But other than that everything was amazing rooms were clean provided with good amenities the hotel was clean and beautiful smelled amazing and a very good location from the mosque only took 3 to 4 mins to walk there in a straight line very easy to get to. I especially want to thank the receptionist Faris he was amazing no matter how many queries we had or needed help he was friendly welcoming put you at ease and helped you as best he could, and went above and beyond such a lovely human being may he be blessed and be given more. We were a family with children and elderly and he was so lovely and kind to each of us especially to my elderly father he made him smile every time he interacted with him. I would also like to thank the duty manager Rahaf she was so lovely and helpful trying to help us as much as she could it was very appreciated. The staff overall was very helpful and approachable and made you feel as if you could come to them which was very appreciated. It has definitely made me want to come back and stay with them again and I have already started recommending them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

BangladeshChecking in was not a smooth process. When I showed him my Bangladeshi passport, he was not welcoming at all. He appeared to be having trouble accepting that a Bangladeshi citizen had booked their hotel, and he took my information several times, while attempting to joke and match my signature, which was the worst part of the incident. I expected a more professional manner from such a prominent and pricey hotel.
The property is close to Haram, clean, and has with all modern amenities. It had a nice view as I booked a king room with Uhud mountain view. The room service was excellent, and the management called almost every day to check on my well-being and to see if I needed anything. I greatly appreciate the excellent care.
